rooms were lovely and spacious with lovely view, staff were friendly and happy to help (which we seldom find in US)

- room service should be just done not when we call for - we stayed for 4 nights and got the same breakfast - some variations will be welcome, it's very boring to have same breakfast for 4 days - if dining options had a bit more choices - it would be really appreciated - and please keep a 24hrs food options (anything- even some fruits/sandwiches/packaged food/coffee) - for people who are international travelers and struggling with jet lag. - PLEASE ADD A DOOR MAGNET/STOPPER - SO THAT ITS EASIER TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE ROOMS WHEN YOU HAVE LUGGAGES/SHOPPING. Most of the times, the door has to be held by one person while another person helps out with the luggage - not all the time we have company.

Very convenient to where the graduation we planned to attend. Walking distance. Also across the street from the mall several places to eat and take the kids. The breakfast was excellent and they gave us free drink passes during happy hour at our checkin

There was also several dance teams staying at the hotel at the same time which caused us to not be able to utilize the elevators the majority of the time. We had to resort to taking the back stairwells and lugging our luggage up and down them as well or we would end up waiting hours to use the elevators. The pool was nice and clean but the lights inside were being worked on so it was dark in there and the water was incredibly cold.

It was very comfy, had a place to eat inside and was super close to the place we wanted to walk to.

The lock(not the one on the door itself) on the door frame was broke , so that added no security if someone was to come in. At check out the receptionist was just on her phone to even say anything when I walked up so I had to wait for her time and attention. These are the reasons everything was not a high score. Would I stay here again? Yes I would. But I would check my lock before waiting till bed next time.

We were up there for football.Meeting other players from all over was exciting to us.Not being far from everything was a pmus.I really enjoyed the mall being right across the street.

The lady that was the hostess for breakfast was a little rude.She would let certain people pass in through to get breakfast, but myself and others she would ask for the blue ticket.

The location to all the fun things to do in Frisco was great. We had quite a bit of down time so being able to go do things so close was great.

We attempted to valet but could never find the person to do it. One time we thought we saw someone and rolled down the window to ask but they ignored us and went on. When we went up to the desk inside by the door there was no one there.

We love staying here. The rooms have so much space for our family of 6. The only think I can complain about is breakfast on the weekends are not early enough. We had to be somewhere at 7 and they didn't even have coffee for me to have at 6:30 when I had to leave. Other than that we always have a great time here.

The hotel was very nice. Lobby and breakfast area was excellent. They have Starbucks and a lounge inside the property. Indoor pool. Four elevators. Between 5:30p.m. to 6:30p.m. they have a "mixer" in the lounge. Our room was VERY nice, big and clean. Checking in and checking out was easy. Parking was $18.00 per night, but was located next to the hotel and very convenient. It is located near the mall area and a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Our room (310) did have leaky faucets in the kitchen area and bathtub.

Good breakfast and location. Attended a conference, so it was convenient staying in the same building.

When I arrived to the room, I believe the room had not been cleaned. Found some items in the room that stayed behind from the previous person that stayed there. Bed sheets had makeup on them.

I'm thankful.there was fruit available because that is all I could safely eat.

The bed was too firm. I wish there were more safe options for people who have food allergies. I have to eat dairy free and couldn't even eat the breakfast potatoes or bacon. Why is there butter in the bacon?

It was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was helpful and the concierge was very nice and friendly. The location was very convenient to our event.

It was very cold in the hotel. Even with 2 hoodies, I was shivering. I'm not sure why they never had the heat on. It was so cold. The breakfast was pretty good, but not much variety. The omelet was good, but the pancakes were cold. The happy hour snacks weren't very good.
