The one-bedroom suite was much more spacious than it appeared int he photos. The staff were friendly, the check in process was quick, and the location was great. We didn't need to cook our meals but had plenty of space and the amenities to do so. No breakfast served, but the free coffee is excellent. The gym room has a few pieces of equipment that were nice for a little extra exercise.

Seemed like the air fresheners in the hallways were strong, with a slight hint of weed. There were no odors in the room itself, so this did not bother us.

Location was okay, would have booked closer to the beach as rates were actually comparable… Beds very comfy, room very spacious, offers basically a full kitchen for cooking with supplies which is nice. Check in was very easy as was parking.

I did not realize there was no free breakfast offered, coffee was free but other nourishment options were charged to the room if you wanted them

The location was perfect. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very spacious.

A guest in another room put their smoke detector in the hall way and it beeped all night, but as soon as I told the front desk, they took care of it immediately!

Beds are comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Staff was amazing and very friendly.

No pool no breakfast 🫩 Not much food to choose from in snack bar. But everything else was great I enjoyed the stay.

The room was snazzy. The added amenities, like stovetop and full fridge were a nice touch.

The shower was not designed for someone 6’3.. it was awkward to step up and in the shower, it felt really elevated. The shower head aimed at my stomach and I had to bend down.

We loved the fact that there was a kitchenette. They had everything. A full size fridge, dishwasher, plates cups, utensils, cutting knives, toaster, pans, pots and if you needed something they had this sharing wall where you could borrow a crockpot, umbrella, or even a fold out chair if you were going out to an event. Free laundromat on site, thank goodness cause we were there for a whole week. We appreciate that they thought of almost everthing.

The lady at the desk. We booked for 1 king bed which is more expensive but since we have a baby we needed to be able to put up a pack and play for him to sleep in. When we got into our room they gave us 2 full size beds which the location was nice it just was not what we wanted nor what we paid for. When we explained it to the lady she said she could give us a discount or move us to a queen room. It was really messed up cause we booked almost 2 months in advance for this room. We had no choice but to take the queen so that we could have enough space for the pack and play.

I like that it is close to food and activities. The room was clean, spacious and stocked with all things necessary for an extended stay. The bed was nice and comfy and check in and out was a breeze and front desk was friendly, helpful with a great attitude.

Everything was fine, didn't like breakfast wasn't included, I may have misread when booked...seen a little area around the tub corner wall peeling.

Everything especially laundry is free, just wish they had at least 3 more washing machines and dryers

I didn't know if it was any breakfast, front desk did not share information. But had good time at this gorgeous at candlewood suites hotel I definitely go back there, just a little misunderstood with room bed, but that's okay

disappointed with the booking of the room I booked a single bed room, but when I got to the front desk they put me in one room with 2 bed, I asked them what's this I booked a single bed and you come to me with 2 beds room?

I've been staying at multiple hotels back to back. Candlewood was by far the best. Every possible need was anticipated by the staff and facilities. Usually, I end up having to sweep and wipe the floor of my room after checking in. At Candlewood, I did not have to. Even remote controls were packaged after cleaning! There was dishwasher tablet, sponge, utensils, pots & pans, spices, dish washing detergent, every possible need you could think of!!! The staff were amazing! I never felt that I was "bothering" maintenance or housekeeping when I had an inquiry or request (like at the other hotels). The clientele was mostly military so the environment was respected. There was no noise and courtesy was displayed by all guests. How refreshing!!

I couldn't stay longer.
