Outstanding Experience! The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. After reporting our broken TV, we were moved to a new room in under an hour, which was incredibly impressive. Our room was cleaned daily, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. The location is also a big plus—not far from shops and easy to get around. And the highlight? The Level Seven restaurant. It was nothing short of luxurious, offering a top-tier dining experience that really elevated our stay. Highly recommended!

Bathing water was lukewarm and not hot

Please check the bathroom door in suite 111 you really have to slam the door to close it. The lift operation is suspect. Most visitors struggle with their key cards to operate the lifts. Staff at reception to acknowledge booking in by acknowledging a person waiting to book in rather than ignoring them until they finish with previous customer. We bookied in both times and we stood at the reception for a while without being acknowledge. A polite "I will be wth you shortly" would really help.

It was pleasent and we enjoyed our stay. Buffet was excellent but tbe poedings were not to standard.

The room was really clean & comfortable. The lady from housekeeping who came to tidy up during my stay was professional and really nice. I enjoyed the eggs benedict & seafood pasta from the Avenue restaurant. The strawberry daiquiri mocktail was delicious.

Getting an iron was a hassle... It took 3 hours for them to bring me one after I requested & I had to make follow up calls. When they finally brought it, the iron was leaking. The farmhouse breakfast from the Avenue was not good at all. It was really cold when it arrived in my room. They added bangers which were not advertised, instead of the Bolognese & Potato Rosti.

We couldn't checkin when we arrived. Although it was still before checkin time we received a voucher for a drink. Rooms are spacious and price very reasonable.

Airport shuttle only runs once an hour and it is unclear at what time they depart from the airport. No timetables and no answer on my email. Also most of the doors to the rooms don't close properly so you have to smash the door to close it, making it noisy. Walls between rooms also very thin. I didn't have any issues, but if you have noisy guests around you it could be. Pillows are a little soft and single beds are a bit too small.

Ms. Naomi at the Front Desk is amazing!! From checking in until I checked out, she was professional, helpful, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Every question I asked, she was able to provide the information I was seeking, especially when I inquired about the best tours to do in one day. I stayed at the hotel twice and I was very happy that upon my return, Ms. Naomi was at the Front Desk. I knew she'd take care of my every need and help me to prepare for my flight back to the US. Thank you again Ms. Naomi and the Front Desk for making both my stays feel like family.

My room could have been colder. But it was manageable.

The reception staff and manager Peet, were friendly and helpful. Our waitress deserted us at the evening meal, so we eventually left to go and eat the few snacks we had in our room, as we were so hungry! The shuttle from the airport leaves every hour and not every half hour as were led to believe, so we watched other hotel shuttles coming and going while we sat and waited just under an hour. Not great after a long day traveling and when you are tired, hungry and it's late. The buffet breakfast the next morning was good and had better and friendlier staff.

Its a fairly new hotel so everything is looking fresh. At checkin the lady was very understanding and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast also offers a good selection to kickstart your day. Overall its a good choice if you need to spend a night in JNB

I had some issues contacting front desk for my shuttle pick up. I had called 5 times but nobody was picking up. Also sent 2 emails but only got a response 3hrs later. Its about 5-7minutes away from the airport so its not super close.

Spacious, very comfortable. Gym was great. Facilities looked fabulous, although we didn't get time to avail ourselves of them. There was a supermarket and pharmacy a short walk away which was very convenient. The free hotel shuttle from the airport was a bonus (need to book it with the hotel, runs hourly). We were extremely happy with the whole set up.

My only suggestion would be a 2nd chair in the room, it was not comfortable that one of us had to sit on the bed. Apart from that small point, we were extremely happy with our stay.

In general I was happy with the hotel. The hotel is located in a very good and calm neighbourhood. The reception personnel was extremely friendly and helpful.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your hotel. Despite paying an additional R850 for an early check-in at 9:00 AM, my room was still not ready by 10:30 AM, at which point I had to leave for a doctor's appointment. While the receptionist was courteous and helpful, the delay caused by housekeeping was unacceptable and fell short of my expectations. I hope this matter can be addressed to prevent future inconveniences.

After travelling internationally for several weeks, it was so noticeable to experience and enjoy great South African hospitality at this hotel! From the moment of pickup to drop off via shuttle the next day was ten out of ten. The room was lovely and we so enjoyed having a cocktail and some delicious food! But most of all, the people who work hard to make you feel welcome at this hotel must be highlighted....they make the difference and most appreciated!

We actually tried to think if there was any one thing we could think of...but no...perfect 10....recomended and keep it up guys!
