I had a fantastic stay at Vista ORT! The staff were incredibly kind and super helpful, especially with the airport pick-up and drop-off. Communication was excellent and reliable, making everything smooth. Despite my friend and I staying only one night and arriving late with an early morning international flight, the hotel went above and beyond by arranging breakfast for us at such an early hour. Check-in was easy, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The only small downside was that the room furniture and mattresses felt a bit outdated, and there was no hairdryer available. However, this didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

I had a wonder stay at Vista ORT - the staff are exceptional!! 👏 Themba and Moses at reception could not do enough to ensure I had everything I needed - so appreciated! 👏 This boutique hotel is quiet, comfortable, clean and offers a delicious breakfast. It offers a shuttle to the airport and reception arranged all the tours I wanted to do. Wifi was excellent and they even did laundry for me that was again so appreciated! I felt safe and at home during my 5 day stay!

The place was perfect for what we wanted - which was close to the Airport and close to the event we were going to - Christian Family Church. The garden area was lovely. Beautiful to walk around. The lake behind was a lovely walk. The rooms were just right - cosy. Bedding excellent. The small heater was an absolute must in the winter. The breakfast room was beautiful - set in glass and greenery .... and blankets were provided to keep us warm - but some of those small heaters in there (like we had in the room) would have been great. Hot water in the showers and high pressure. Loved the use of the coffee machine and water dispenser in the main lounge. The front desk staff were excellent. The airport pick up was great - and very helpful in getting us to our event.

Just the breakfast room was too cold for winter. The large heater above is not sufficient. Small fans would be better.

Exceptional service from the airport shuffle guy (Thulani ) to the welcoming service from Thamie by the reception.We had a a problem with our key safe and the matter was resolved effectively without problems. Unfortunately I have forgotten the name of the receptionist that night but he had excellent service. Compliment to the chefs,breakfast was amazing.

A great breakfast is included, and the guesthouse was close to the airport... there was a good shopping centers nearby The location was also quiet, All the staff were lovely and helpful, and they made our stay pleasant:)

1. The Wi-Fi connection kept dropping off during my stay, which made it somewhat tricky to work. Two: It would be nice to have had a fridge in the room, too. Otherwise, I would stay again:)

The Breakfast was outstanding. Real butter and real Coffee makes such a difference. I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the Staff Members on Duty, but they treated us like Royalty. We were tired after our journey and they accommodated us in a room closer to Reception so we didn't have to walk too far with our very heavy luggage. The Airport Transfers were seamless too. No need to panic about arriving late at the Airport.

My Friend's bed was not very comfortable. She barely slept.

The breakfast was lovely. I had a bit of trouble with the safe in my room, but it was easy to figure out. The room was not too cold, nor too hot.

I felt that the staff were a little overworked. I went to check out while the staff at the front desk were still serving breakfast. I also would have liked some heat in the same location as an air conditioner instead of a space heater.

We had an early flight so the receptionist organized breakfast on the go for us. When we left very early in the morning breakfast was ready, waiting for us. And most importantly I loved that they give free and timely transport to and from the airport.

Where the shower knob indicated hot, it was actually cold water, and vice versa for cold water. There was no warning for the user. A warning could have been most welcome.

It was close to the church we attended. It was quiet and peaceful. The area doesn't do Justus to Lodge. The gate sometimes takes to long to be opened and at night it is very scary.

The toilet waterflow had to be stopped manually. The bed frame is old and noisy The flat sheet on the bed is undersize

The breakfast was good, The staff was very helpful.

Having to request the tv remote. I'd assume that when a room has a tv there remote should be found on the room.
