I liked the ease of flexibility - my brother visited and we had no difficulties with an add-on for the room. The breakfast was prompt and delicious. The property was busy on the day, but I was attended to in good time. The airport transfer was inclusive of the price, it was both convenient and efficiently on time.

I asked for assistance to fix the remote as the sound was not working on the TV. The sound was turned down on the DSTV unit and I was not able to enjoy any movie during my day stay while waiting for my evening flight. Nobody assisted throughout the stay.

Close to the airport, free shuttle, and free breakfast -- all at an outstanding value. We needed a family room, which they offered at an unbeatable price. Not fancy, but clean, well-run, and convenient. On-site restaurant open until 21:00 (otherwise, no apparent choice within walking distance). The food is quick and convenient, but not fancy. Breakfast includes eggs, sausage, bacon, toast and a choice of jams.

The communication about the shuttle was a bit frustrating. Shuttles are on the hour from the property and 6-8 minutes later returning from the airport. The staff on WhatsApp is very prompt in responding, but a few times they sent the standard information text instead of answering the actual question we had about the shuttle (information not included in the standard text). We had to insist to get clarification. Also, breakfast starts at 7:00, but some guests arrived a bit early and got served in time to make the 7:00 shuttle. We would have preferred to do that as well, but did not know it was possible. We took an Uber instead, since waiting for the 8:00 shuttle would have put us at risk of missing our flight.

A short distance from OR Tambo airport, a free airport shuttle. Great communication from the BnB after your booking, until your arrival. Parking if you are driving. There is a stand in the garden where you can stand and view aeroplanes at the airport. The safe deposit malfunctioned with my wallet inside, they only need 15 minutes to reset that for you, but otherwise your stuff is actually safe there.

No shower gel or even soap to wash hands in the rooms. No stand to place your toiletry in the shower room. The big fridge in one of the rooms we were in, was noisy, shem, a bar fridge would do just fine. One room had no microwave. No shops nearby, but the Uber/bolt to Festival shopping mall was less than R50 for the 4 of us. The legs on the bases of all the beds leads to trippings ☹️

Perfectly convenient and close to the airport. It was easy and reliable to catch their free airport shuttle, less than 10min drive. They very kindly packed a breakfast for me, even without me having to ask for it to take with me on my very early morning flight. I booked last minute, and within minutes they had confirmed my reservation and the airpot shuttle, including instructions of finding the shuttle outside of the arrival terminal.

Just like at any place that is near the airport, you will continually hear the sounds of planes taking off and landing, all through the night and day.

Restaurant and food was very good, assistance with breakfast pack was appreciated as we left early in the morning. Room met our needs. Lovely pool and surroundings. Very quiet even though its close to major airport and busy freeway. Staff helpful and friendly.

Parking was a bit tricky. and driveway at rear exit needs attention. Dresser in our room was a bit cramped. Bathroom door is a bit loose...

- load shedding so they turned off room heater, electricity for an entire wall. but at least the water heater now works in the other block. Had to stack 4 blankets to keep warm - block facing car park is very noisy and you have people randomly knocking on your door due to mistaken identity - they helped to move in a fridge but due to power shut down the fridge melted and water ponded in the room - salty sausages n bacon for breakfast

Location and free airport shuttle was convenient. Staff were friendly and responsive to questions before I arrived. Room was sufficient for an overnight stay and price was value for money as it included breakfast also. I would stay here again but not for longer than 1 night.

Water pressure in the shower was not consistent. Hot water seemed to run out after 9pm either due to shared geyser or timer. Bathroom needs ventilation but was still clean. No plug points near the bed and TV would not turn on, but this is minor issue when arriving late at night

It's great value for money. The free shuttle is less than 10 min from the airport. The room was spacious and warm in winter. The breakfast was simple. Eggs, sausage, bacon, and toast. Also cereal and coffee, tea and juice. The garden and viewing deck are nice too. Felt safe.

The room was very simple. With a few upgrades, it would be much smarter. Replace mirror on wall. Update bedding. We only had 2 towels but 4 guests. Other than that, we had no issues.
