What I liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the small touches like complimentary water and the cozy bedding. Breakfast: Breakfast was fresh and satisfying. A good variety of hot and cold options, and the coffee was strong—just how I like it. Location: Perfectly located—walking distance from key attractions but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Very convenient for both leisure and business.

"Exceptional World-Class Service at Radisson Hotel, Kempton Park!" My recent stay at the Radisson Hotel in Kempton Park was truly out of this world. From the moment we arrived, the service we received was nothing short of exceptional—starting right at the security check-in. We had booked two rooms, one of which was for my mom as we were celebrating her birthday 🎂. Mr. Dube at the reception went the extra mile and took it upon himself to speak with the manager and arrange a room upgrade for my mom. She was absolutely blown away by the thoughtful gesture. But the service didn’t stop there—Mr. Dube personally helped us with our bags 🎒, escorted us to our rooms, and took the time to show us how everything works. The following day, he even called my mom to check in on her and make sure she was comfortable and happy with her stay. I’ve traveled extensively, and I can honestly say that this level of service is world-class. 👏 Well done to Mr. Dube and the entire Radisson team—your customer service is truly on point! Keep up the excellent work.

We booked this hotel for one night while waiting for our flight the next day. It’s a bit further than other hotels (around 15 minutes from the airport instead of 5), but it was worth it. Spacious, with 2 or even 3 dining options. The hotel is new, pleasant, and the service from the staff everywhere was excellent (shuttle driver, reception, restaurant, room service…). We booked the suite, and it was great. Definitely recommended.

The only downside is that the shuttle runs only once an hour, but in the end, it’s not that inconvenient compared to all the other advantages.

Outstanding Experience! The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. After reporting our broken TV, we were moved to a new room in under an hour, which was incredibly impressive. Our room was cleaned daily, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. The location is also a big plus—not far from shops and easy to get around. And the highlight? The Level Seven restaurant. It was nothing short of luxurious, offering a top-tier dining experience that really elevated our stay. Highly recommended!

Bathing water was lukewarm and not hot

The hotel has a restaurant, a very nice bar and an outside swimming pool, ideal when it's sunny. The staff is very friendly, the room big and clean. We had dinner (à la carte) and breakfast (included in our rate), both good. We asked for the shuttle service from and to the airport, worked very well.

We wanted to reach the centre of Joburg and asked the front desk for the driver's rate, since we were told that Uber is unsafe. We knew what we wanted to sight see (two spots, 15 minutes away from each other by car) and we were given a rate of approx. 150 euros. It was too expensive, we decided to stay at the hotel for the entire day for lack of options.

Please check the bathroom door in suite 111 you really have to slam the door to close it. The lift operation is suspect. Most visitors struggle with their key cards to operate the lifts. Staff at reception to acknowledge booking in by acknowledging a person waiting to book in rather than ignoring them until they finish with previous customer. We bookied in both times and we stood at the reception for a while without being acknowledge. A polite "I will be wth you shortly" would really help.

It was pleasent and we enjoyed our stay. Buffet was excellent but tbe poedings were not to standard.

The room was really clean & comfortable. The lady from housekeeping who came to tidy up during my stay was professional and really nice. I enjoyed the eggs benedict & seafood pasta from the Avenue restaurant. The strawberry daiquiri mocktail was delicious.

Getting an iron was a hassle... It took 3 hours for them to bring me one after I requested & I had to make follow up calls. When they finally brought it, the iron was leaking. The farmhouse breakfast from the Avenue was not good at all. It was really cold when it arrived in my room. They added bangers which were not advertised, instead of the Bolognese & Potato Rosti.
