The executive lounge was the best part! A wide variety of food and beverages and a nice terrace. The room itself with a sea view was defenitely worth it.

A minor thing: For the breakfast, I prefer to go pour my own coffee from the machine rather than waiting for the waiter to do the same. (it usually took them some time to do this as they had to attend to many guests, but the coffee machine was just near my table and I could do that myself). Just as all the great food on the breakfast buffet, the coffee could also be self-service!

I stayed with my wife and baby for a few days at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception staff—an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. They always greet and smile. The breakfasts were terrific at Manzara restaurant, with a great view. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was spacious, well-equipped with all the essentials and a fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists. If we come back, we will choose this hotel again!

We had a big problem especially with our room, because it had a door to other room, so they can become a family suite maybe. Our neighbours were veeery noisy in the middle of the night. The feeling was like they were in our room nehxt to us and we are talking and laughing with them. It was pretty disturbing. My brother went 3 times to reception to complain about the situation and finally they gave him another room, because he couldn't sleep and from the management culd do nothing with this people.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Conrad. From start to finish, everything was excellent – from the warm welcome at check-in to the overall atmosphere of comfort and luxury throughout the hotel. Although there was a small issue with my room at the beginning, it was handled promptly and extremely generously: I received a suite upgrade, which made my stay even more special and memorable. A special thank you goes to the reception team, especially Ms. Yaren, who took care of me with great professionalism and kindness. The Guest Experience Department, led by Ms. Gökçe, was also outstanding – always attentive and dedicated to making my stay as pleasant as possible. I would also like to mention Mr. Yakup, who handled my luggage. His service was highly professional, quick, and efficient – it was clear that I were in experienced hands. The hotel’s location is perfect, and the comfort is top-notch. Overall, our stay was an unforgettable experience, and I can highly recommend Hotel Conrad to anyone looking for exceptional service and luxury. It's my third time staying with Conrad it's one of the best hotel in the area very convenient. The view to the bosphorus from my room is amazing. The bed is very comfortable and the room is equipped with everything you need. Big toilet nice shower. Very good staff everywhere in the hotel from the moment of check in to the check out.The hotel is walking distance to Besiktas and the bosphorus as well the Buss stop is in front of the hotel. The hotel management is excellent very efficient Mr. Furkan Mr. Bahar as well Marwa.

My parents and I stayed at the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus for 7 nights and loved every minute of it. The views of the Bosphorus from our room were amazing, and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had tons of options and tasted great, plus you could see the water while eating. The location was perfect, we could walk to nearby attractions and easily take the ferry to explore other parts of the city. We also really enjoyed having mocktails on the rooftop bar in the evenings with the beautiful sunset views!

Some of the staff were rude and didn’t fulfill my requests. We asked for only one chair in the cafe for my mother (an old lady), the receptionist was nice and helpful. She asked the lady in the cafe for one chair. The lady in the cafe came to us and she was being rude and asked my mother are you the one who went to the reception and asked for a chair, why did you do that ? I told her no i’m the one and she said I told you before I won’t give you any chair cause the place is full due to the Saudi soccer match!!! This isn’t the right way to talk to customers that ordered food. We asked them to get our bags down and measure their weight. It took them almost an hour to do that, we informed them that we had to leave for the airport but that didn’t change anything

Would definitely come back and stay! Full marks for cleanliness, service and facilities - most of the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Though we chose a room with the view of the Bosphorus, it wasn't really that - it was more a view of the city. And yes, getting a taxi back to the hotel can be difficult during rush hour due to heavy traffic - other than that, excellent stay!

It's one of the best hotels I ever stay from day one till last day. Amazing room size and bed quality the room is equipped with everything. Very express check in nice front desk staff always smiling. Very helpful especially Mr. Alparslan in the recipion as well we had small issue with housekeeping Ms. Ece Akkall did her best to keep us happy. Any how I have to say it's one of the best hotels around the area in (Besiktas) we are looking forward to go back again for the new year.

The location was ideal- not in the midst of the Old City with the tourists yet within walking distance of multiple ferries. Also easy to get to by public transport. The view from the our room took in the Bosphorous, the Asian side and the Old City- it was wonderful. The staff were attentive and the facilty was impeccable.

Nothing was amiss.
