Prices in Booking is higher than their official prices

Location amazing....for shopping, restaurants, tennis club, walks, metro etc. Beds are comfortable. A little more pricey but I love the corner rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free candy bar in reception floor is a nice touch. All the staff were very nice and helpful and i didn't get all their names, but Mr. Dogukan was one of them for sure!

The curtains close manually and it is always difficult to ensure that no daylight creeps in....on two of our 9 days, housekeeping cleaned the room and forgot to leave any soap in the bathroom - this was annoying. The Spa is a nice touch but I wasn't impressed by the quality / service (I didn't try it but my family did).

The room was refreshing and had a nice view. We extended our stay but in a lower- room but they allowed us to continue in the same one. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and was satisfactory and worth it. We had a bed added in for a third person next to the king size, and the room was not too crowded even then. There is space for one to pray. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice. The bathroom didn't have any windows and locks, thankfully. The area was great and there's a Cafe Nero on the outside of the hotel. There's a beautiful mosque directly in front of the hotel and we were lucky to have a view of it from our room. There are two connecting malls right next to the hotel. They have every store you'd need. It is not difficult to hail a cab or get an Uber there. The housekeeping staff were very helpful as well as the receptionist and bellboy. Big thanks to Merit the trainee and Dogukan for helping us, they satisfied our needs and were very understanding. We appreciate the lovely lady at the front security check who comforted us throughout our stay.

The elevators were quite slow. I don't mind often but when your delivery driver or taxi is waiting downstairs its a bit of a bother. The pool would always be closed by the time I came back. It closes at 10pm.

Location: close to two shopping malls and many cafés, smaller neighbourhoods with lots of little shops, approx. 4km from the Bosporus, Domabahce, Beşiktaş area. Very kind and helpful staff (all staff starting from the Bell boys, Reception, Room service, Cleaning staff, Spa Centre). MUHAMMET ŞENOL was very helpful and kind at the Check-out. As well as the Taxi service ordered by the reception. Breakfast: big buffet with A LOT of choice and very helpful, smiling and kind and quick staff at the breakfast Restaurant. Hamam/Massage: there is a “new” Spa centre” (since October 2024) and we enjoyed the Hamam and massages. A great way to end the day after km of walking 😅. Pim (from Thailand) did a wonderful and strong medical massage as well as her colleague from Uzbekistan, who’s name I unfortunately still do not know 🙏🏻.

Despite the closed room window, we still heard the metro driving past below, ambulance/police/VIP sirens blasting and impatient drivers honking in the traffic. I needed earplugs to be able to sleep. Perhaps there are more quiet rooms in the hotel that do not face the boulevard?

Excellent location, there’s a metro station and two malls right next door. It’s in a clean safe area. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. All bathroom toiletries provided. An iron and ironing board in the room also. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, and anything not available you can request. If I visit Istanbul again I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The shower door wasn’t completely waterproof, so the rest of the bathroom floor was all wet after a shower. Our room was non smoking but other guests on the same floor were smoking in their rooms so the smell lingers in the corridors. Not sure if they have non smoking floors or if it other guests breaking rules. Not the hotels fault, but there were many children running and making noise in the corridors very late at night.

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and seemed that they had a good relationship between them, as co-workers. That is always a glimpse in the culture of an establishment. I found all the hotel to have a high standard of cleanness, and I could see how attention to detail was everywhere. The location is good, next to a big shopping mall, business centres, yet close to very traditional sights like a beautiful mosque, a great burek local place, artisanal shops. Breakfast & dinner were quite varied and delicious, reasonable prices.

Not that I didn't like per se, but the pillows were a bit too tall and hard. The AC was slightly inefficient and it took longer to cool down a room. I think the pool, sauna and gym are a bit too small. However, they are clean, good ambiance and interior design.

Great location with short time walk to the mosque and three shopping malls, cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was very nice with a variety of food options, swimming pool and spa is small but very neat. We liked the daily cleaning of the rooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend it for families and group of ladies who seek shopping.

The hotel’s location is superior! 1 min walk from the Metro station, 10 mins drive from Bosporus coast (Ortaköy), 3 Metro stops from Nişantaşi, and 4 stops from Taksim! Everyone was welcoming and helpful, throughout our stay, Helpdesk employees were constantly helping us with where to go and how to get around the city! The room was quite nice, clean, and spacious with a nice city view. Special thanks to Andersen, our dear friend who checked us in and also left us with a very warm farewell upon our leave :)

If I have to nitpick: - Curtains don’t block the lights 100% - The mattress was quite soft for my preference

The room was clean, well-aired, we had air conditioning (for such hot weather an absolute MUST), room service was great, restaurant staff extremely friendly and helpful, Concierge Denz was very friendly and helpful as well and organised our trip to the old city to see the Swirling Dervish, which we liked very much. The staff at the reception and particularly at the security check were very friendly. I also liked the location (two or three shopping malls just beside/close to the hotel, a nice Coffee Nero for enjoying all kinds of coffee, the metro station is also very close to the hotel and the Levent area of the city is very nice and seems safe compared to other districts of Istanbul.

It would have been nice if we could have had photocopies made by the Reception Desk (especially because we needed them urgently and the 15.07.2024 was a holiday, when practically all stores and shops are closed) but the young man at the desk said there wasn't enough staff to help out. I guess there were only two employees at the reception desk and they could not leave their posts. He was helpful in indicating the next copy shop, however, it was closed because of the holiday on 15.07.2024. We tried two other places before finally finding a stationery shop that happened to be open (thank God!).

The location is just perfect, its right next to the Kanyon Mall and several other shopping and tourist attractions. Its also close to Isntenya Mall as wel as Bebek and Gelata Port. If you have car, the traffic is a bit of a nuinsance but can park at hotel for a nominal fee. Other then that, the breakfast was good, hotel rooms are nice and staff overall friendly and helpful. I really liked the say at this hotel.

The fact that I had to pay parking fee for my rented car and the traffic around that area.
