Hyatt Regency Istanbul Ataköy turned out to be the perfect choice for my trip to Istanbul. The location was ideal for my plans, and from the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms are exceptionally clean and cozy, with a sense of luxury in every detail. The interior design is elegant and high-end — real wood furniture, a beautiful marble bathroom — everything speaks of quality and sophistication. The staff deserves special praise: incredibly attentive, kind, and responsive to any request. They were always ready to help, and their care made a big difference during my stay. One especially thoughtful touch was the complimentary berries and desserts I received — it came right after a difficult medical check-up, and it truly lifted my spirits. I am deeply grateful for that gesture of care and support. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team, especially to Guest Relations Manager Gozde Sezgin. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made me feel truly welcomed. I sincerely wish her continued career growth, joy in her work, and the motivation to keep reaching for all the heights this world has to offer. I will definitely be back!

During the stay we enjoyed the dishes of the restaurant and the Benedict eggs in the morning .The last ones can say that not in all European locations of Hyatt are available or at the quality of Regency Istanbul. Dishes in the restaurant are fresh( we tried Sushi too and it was very good)and we'll made according the level requested. Congratulations also for staff ,friendly , disposal and looking to have satisfied clients

Maybe for clients which are booking more than 1-2 nights to have better financial offers .

We had a really excellent stay here and we can highly recommend this hotel. From the warm reception at checkin to the beautiful views and very comfortable rooms, this is a great hotel. The indoor pool was fabulous and the gym is excellent. The steam room was perfect. Breakfast was outstanding in both the selection and service. Wish we had stayed longer.

We liked everything about the property. Note the location, which is excellent for the views of the Marmara Sea and nearby strolls along the coastline. It took us 45 minutes to get to and from the new airport. Several metro stops away from the tourist areas.

Excellent location, right on the sea. The view from the window is gorgeous. The staff is well-trained. Especial thanks to Mrs Gozde. She is always ready to solve any issue for you 24/7. The rooms are super design. The room has a safe, a mini bar. There is a bathtub and a shower room. There are all shower accessories, excellent quality towels. And there is also iron.

It is impossible to open the window to ventilate the room, the air conditioner does not provide such an opportunity. Also, the level of shampoo and conditioner in dispensers is not monitored. One of them finished on the second day.

Especially the staff members from the front desk, which from the beginning until our check-out, they have treated us with such a professionalism, experience and care in a way we will never forget. I can highlight Mr Yusuf & Mr Berat from the front desk. Also the personnel working in the spa’s front desk were so nice with my wife. They celebrated my wife’s birthday offering to us a surprise fruit plate after her massage section. Excellent hotel. Tks for everyone working there. We will never forget our stay in Hyatt!

The registration desk staff, breakfast staff and the gym and pool staff were outstanding. The room are bright and clean.

The dinner meal and service were ordinary. The waiters were telling customers they were outsourced and needed big tips. For what we had it was overpriced. The waiters were disengaged and the meal was the standard of a budget airline. Don’t eat there, but go to the nearby restaurant area near the metro station. So different to the breakfast which was outstanding and which we really loved.

The hotel is a proper 5 star with good service, good breakfast and great facilities like very big swimming pool, sauna and excellent spa, the massage I had was great. I liked the spacious very comfortable room with excellent views. Luxury bathroom with deep bath and sliding doors very 5 star style. I like the open style corridors in this hotel - balcony style Instead of a classic corridors very stylish and luxurious design of the hotel. Staff were very accommodating, when my aircon did not work well they called technical staff immediately and all was fixed in no time. Breakfast maybe not your classic European style but it’s very tasty and plenty to enjoy and healthy with lots of vegetable and eggs cooked fresh in front of you as you wish is a good touch: Taxi always available just outside the hotel doors and reception can arrange anything for you, they do try to make you feel very happy. Roof top restaurant must go place with fantastic views of the city and lovely food.

Not a lot to dislike, maybe just a price for single gin and tonic was surprisingly high £12

Typical Hayatt style, great location (at the sea and on a direct line to the airport), well-maintained facilities, in general great price - to - value ratio. Staff is as good as it can get in Istanbul. Especially the two guys at the reception, Taylan and Haydur, should be noted for their efficiency and responsiveness. Their customer service skills and good command of English language, prove them definitely as a high-standard Hayatt material. Food in the restaurant is also of good quality.

No rooms with open windows (even the suites).

We arrived very early and there were no rooms ready for an early check-in. Yusuf was very helpful and directed us to the change rooms and the pool/spa area where we used the facilities freely until check in time. It was chilly outside, but the indoor pool, hot tube and sauna were lovely. When we checked in, Yusuf had upgraded our room to a suite. The room was fantastic!

We ate lunch around the pool and I found the quality of food lacking given the high prices. I had a hamburger that was very mediocre.

The hotel itself is amazing, elegant, and neat. The wellness area, awesome (pool, spa, hammam). The breakfast is mostly Turkish, which I find excellent, other international options are also available. The beds are comfy. The internet is OK. The rooftop bar views are beautiful.

Not a big deal, but the location of the hotel. Everything is far away and we always needed taxis (they don't accept card payments most of the time).
