Staff were very professional. Breakfast was really good with different options that satisfy any taste. The view was very nice. There are multiple terraces where you can chill and enjoy the view. There was wood fire that made the hotel smell great and cosy.

The position of the TV was off- you can not see it from the bed. The coffee in the room was horrible. The swimming pool was closed even though in the facilities section, it is mentioned that swimming pool is open.

The view from the room was mind blowing .

We were out of season so many attractions like the pool were closed, We tried to have breakfast on the beautiful terrace because of the beautiful sunny weather but they wouldn't let us - and when you book this type of hotel you expect this experience of sitting outside with a breathtaking view. Parking is way too expensive 60€.

Everything about our stay at this hotel was perfect. I was in awe of the view of the coast and the historic church which still played music and was worth a visit in itself. The staff were beyond helpful, to the point that they would help us cross the road when we left to go for a walk. Food was delicious and the spa experience was a relaxing end to our 2.5week holiday in Italy. Would love to visit here again. Additionally, I work in sustainability in Australia, this hotel impressed me with all the practices they had in place to ensure they were being environmentally friendly.

My stay at Anantara Amalfi was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality to the peaceful walkways surrounded by nature, lemon and orange trees — everything was perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning panoramic view and a relaxing balcony. I especially loved the open-air gym and the delicious meals at the restaurant near the lobby. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety of beautifully presented dishes and excellent coffee. A truly unforgettable experience.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us upgrade to a better room for my family. The room was perfect, and the views were incredible. We were so happy to come back each day, and even spent a day relaxing by the pool, which we rarely do. Everything is made perfect at the hotel - the food, the setting, the kind staff, even the unlimited amount of fresh lemonade. We loved it and will definitely be back.

The view is beautiful! The hotel itself is elegant. The bedroom itself is not bad, nice we have a balcony and sea view. The shower door is a little tight to get in and out; good we lost weight before the trip, but probably challenging for morbidly obese guests. It was very nice of the staff to give us a welcome surprise! Celebrated our wedding anniversary! The staff at the restaurant are all very hardworking (worked from breakfast to late dinners) yes despite their very long hours, they still maintained a very pleasant, sincere, and happy demeanor. And of course, they are back early the next day! They were was very nice! I highly recommend! The only thing I wasn’t so thrilled about was when my purse was placed on the floor (from the chair) in the bedroom to accommodate the throw pillows on the chair.

Entrance! When we arrived, there was nobody at the front entrance, and the ‘available’ parking spaces right across were blocked with chains. Given it is a very busy main road, we couldn’t just stop, and cause traffic. We went past and turned around and still no one, and that was when we realized the parking was blocked. So we went past again and turned around at the intersection to Ravello, and called them on the phone. Finally someone was there waiting for us. It’s been good since, someone always manned the entrance/parking. Maybe a pedestrian crosswalk(lines) would be helpful as a safety feature for people crossing tot he hotel. Currently the staff would just stop the vehicles to let the clients cross. Staff otherwise were very kind and helpful!

It was a beautiful hotel with an amazing view. We were upgraded to a balcony room with a view of Amalfi. Diego was the best bartender. He was a true mixologist and kept us entertained on rainy days. The staff was so helpful in getting us to Capri when our boat and ferry were both canceled. We absolutely will be returning as soon as we can!

The view of the hotel is astonishing, with the whole bay and city in front. The hotel staff is unsurpassable, super helpful with everything. The building is beautiful and well kept. The breakfast is varied and very good. The room was spacious, with an amazing view.

Nothing I didn't like, but just a heads-up, the hotel is located high above the bay. It has a free shuttle to transport guests from the waterfront to the hotel, and they are super helpful with arranging the transportation. It takes some time to get from the entrance to the reception, so take that into account, but it's understandable due to the building being an old convent with its high location.

The Staff were amazing ! We were I happy with our room and were moved to a more than suitable room in less than 12 hours ! The swimming pool was not open , however that was my fault as it was out of season! Breakfast was amazing, views were amazing !

It was quite loud & I don’t feel it was worth the money ! Parking at €70.00 per day was a rip off and a complete surprise to us and we would not stay again!

Property staff was amazing, all meals on property were excellent, and location was the right balance between views of the area and ease to get into town.

Because the hotel is an old monastery, they did a great job with the rooms but some of the suite options don’t actually have a good sea view (and an overall awkward layout). Overall, not a big deal but would be careful with the purchase of the high end suites
