We stayed in Hotel Aurora for our honeymoon and had such a lovely few days there. It's just a short walk from lots of restaurants and shops in Amalfi town. The ferry port is only a few minutes walk away along with a bus up to Ravello (which is not to be missed). Beautiful views from our room, we had one with a jacuzzi which was fab. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great breakfast options too, eggs and bacon but also plenty of pastries, granola, yoghurt, fruit etc. Not sure of the lady's name who worked at the bar but she made a gorgeous spritz!

EVERYTHING! This was our 5th stay at the charming Hotel Aurora since 2001. It is such a pleasure to see familiar faces, and incredibly enough, the staff remembers you, too! Hotel Aurora is a little paradise, located in the quiet corner of Amalfi, yet just a short walk to the bustling center of the city. Breakfast is served in a romantic terrace with flowers, lemon and orange plants and gorgeous sea views. The comfort and cleanliness are above and beyond! Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are decorated with colorful Vietri tiles.

The hotel is extremely close to the marina and centre of amalfi. It is in the perfect spot for anyone who wants to have an easy walk back and forth while visiting. It was very clean and looked welcoming from the minute we walked up to it. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do anymore to help if they tried. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone who asked me where to stay.

The downfall for us for the property was the lack of plug sockets but this is to be said for them all. I purchased UK-EU plugs at the airport but everywhere here used a 3 pin plug and as there were two of us, we only had one working plug between us which was hard work but this is not only on this hotel, but to the others we stayed at also.

The location is perfect. You dont need to climb any stairs. It is a short walk from Amalfi city centre.

There is no food available at the property. Only drinks. The sound proofing of the walls is questionable. We could hear sounds of toilet flushing and water usage from our neighbouring room.

The location is perfect because it is a 3 minute walk from the historic center and is right in front of the water. It is located at the end of the strip which is perfect because it is quiet. The whole staff was so attentive and nice, they really enjoy receiving their guests. The room was just like in the pictures which is great they are true to the quality and cleanliness of the room. I slept SO GOOD that I almost couldn’t get out of bed (8:45 am). The bathroom and shower were perfect. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good hotel, good night sleep and pleasant stay!

The location of the hotel was perfect and central to all things Amalfi. It made getting around easy. It was close to the city centre, the bus stations and harbour. The staff were extraordinary from booking to checkout, especially Andrea. Without him our Trip would not have been as smooth as it was as he help booked 3 transfers for us and an authentic Italian cooking class which was a standout on our Trip.

The breakfast i expected to be more authentic to Italy/Amalfi coast but it was a generic breakfast

Loved the location and how friendly and helpful the staff was! The breakfast had lots of options and was delicious!

The smell of cleaning supplies was overpowering in all our rooms and we had to air it out by opening the windows for hours.

The location is fantastic if you don’t want to lug your bags and luggage up steps, hills and streets in the Amalfi Coast. It’s a very short walk to the port where we took our ferry and to the town. The breakfast in the morning has a fantastic view and had a decent spread. Our garden view had the ocean blocked but still was very beautiful.

The staff said there was a private beach but I’m not really sure where it was. We went to a beach club in town and it was a better option I felt.

The location is quiet and easy walking distance to Amalfi centre which was what we wanted Our balcony terrace was a good size and had amazing sea views very pleased. The breakfast was good. The staff is helpful and kind and always polite.

The elevator went only to the 3rd floor of the hotel. To get to the top terrace floor , 4th floor, had to walk up each day. Sometimes you could hear noises from the other rooms in your own room.

The hotel was conveniently located nearby the ferry port for easy access with luggage. The staff were amazing! Very helpful in finding us transport to visit neighbouring towns and also arranged our early morning transfer. They even packed us up a little breakfast package to take with us.

The mattress on the beds were a little hard
