We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, a few things to highlight: - Very good location with a great view of Arezzo, and interior design of the hotel was great. It takes only 10 to 15 minutes drive and you can get to Arezzo which is a very lovely town - Staffs are very welcoming, they’ve even kindly help us with our trips / restaurants planning which was very thoughtful and helpful. They also get back to our messages requests very swiftly - Hotel also has its own farm / gardens - some of the vegetables and olive oil are made from the hotel itself. We were also offered to have some time with the baby goats that are extremely adorable - We definitely also enjoyed the company of the three lovely working cats

If we can use the pool it would be great- understood it is cold and the pool is outdoor but suggest to make it slightly heated

We were completely in love with the charm of Badia di Pomaio. It truly felt like stepping into a fairytale. Everything was so peaceful, natural, and beautifully decorated. The staff were so kind and attentive, and made us feel right at home. The views are absolutely breathtaking ,picture perfect in every direction. The restaurant was amazing, fresh and full of flavor, with ingredients from their own garden. This is such a special place, one I’ll always recommend and can’t wait to come back to.

This hotel is a hidden home away from home. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with warm smiles and a genuine feeling of being part of the family. The staff's dedication to creating a welcoming and comfortable experience shines through in everything they do. Everything is always so clean. They pour their hearts into caring for the estate and ensuring every guest feels pampered (not in an overbearing way, but more like visiting your cool aunt and uncle’s home). The restaurant serves up fresh, flavorful dishes made with love and ingredients straight from their own garden. It's the perfect place to relax, unwind, and experience true hospitality without feeling you’re in a temporary stay.

It’s an expensive hotel for sure but you get what you pay for. The staff were without exception lovely. Every detail was attended to. From the fresh flowers in the room to the newly cold fruit juice awaiting our arrival and the rugs on chairs just in case the morning was a little chill for breakfast on the terrace. A great place. What can I say! One of the best stays I have ever had! The staff (Davide, Mario, and Rosa) are phenomenal and unbelievably helpful. They booked a local winery tour for us and took care of us for every meal. The food and restaurant is amazing! Dinner and breakfast are all organic ingredients, mostly grown on the property itself. The rooms are newly renovated and really clean. Very spacious with everything you need including all toiletries (Bvulgari). The facilities are amazing. The restaurant has valley views and everything is modern. The bar, library, and even wine tasting cellar are great! Lots of good walking to be had around the area, and close to Arezzo.

First of all staff, amazing well organised team. Respecting boundries but reading the room very well. Very helpful and caring and always super proffesional with a warm welcoming smile. Design of the place was very nice, you can tell the place has been build in recent years while keeping Tuscan spirit + amazing garden nd pool outside overseeing the area. Food in restaurant is a top class quality with exceptional service. Location very convenient 10 mins from historic centre of Arezzo. Not to mention three pupils who own silently gives even more joy to the place! Last but not least wine selection and the teams knowledge was amazing.

Our experience was 5-star. The property is relaxing, intimate and extremely well maintained. The staff is incredibly kind, engaging and exudes a passion for hospitality that puts to shame the Park Hyatt’s, 4 Seasons and Ritz Carlton’s of the world. The food and wine are outstanding, especially the breakfast and dinner. The food and beverage options you get by the pool are also fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Other than I hope it never becomes too busy because selfishly I would want to have the whole place to ourselves. Even though other guests were staying there, you always felt like you had the place to yourself. It’s hard to describe, but once you stay here you’ll know exactly what I mean.

The pool at Badia di Pomio was an absolute gem. Surrounded by lush greenery and captivating landscapes, it provided the perfect oasis for relaxation and tranquility. Whether we were unwinding by the poolside with a refreshing drink or taking a refreshing dip on a sunny day, the serene ambiance added an extra layer of serenity to our stay. The pool area was immaculately maintained, and we couldn't resist spending ample time there, soaking in the breathtaking views and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It truly was a highlight of our experience at Badia di Pomio.

It was best accomodation in Italy which we’ve ever stayed at: wonderful location,amazing garden and views, interiors designed with passion for natural materials, comfortable beds, very nice staff and exquisite cuisine. We do plan to return. Jana and Daniel

Perfectly designed for a pleasant stay. An oasis for rest, eat, think and enjoy memorable time!. We stay for three nights. Near Arezzo, this cozy hotel has the perfect combination of a good restaurant, charming people taking care of you without excess, the finest rural ambience, quietness, best wine selection… a must
