Breakfast was great and location can't be beat for Assisi.

Getting there and navigating the narrow streets upon arrival was difficult and parking quite the challenge. They should be more explicit that they are directing you to a free public parking area that is not affiliated with the hotel.

Just steps from the beach and on the new part of Monterosso. Check-in was very easy. Love the back patio for some rest and relaxation.

Perfect for everything. Shower was powerful, bathroom was clean, bed was very comfortable, + great location, view, wifi, breakfast.... (slippers and a bottle opener in the room were helpful). The restaurants for lunch/dinner in Assisi can be tricky, but the Italian lady at the front desk gave me perfect and great suggestions, every time I asked her. (I would suggest you to book popular restaurants in advance) The male manager was also friendly and kind - if your room is ready, he might allow you an early check in ;) I recommend anyone who wants a simple, reasonable, and comfortable hotel, and not over the top in Assisi.

Maybe a kettle & tea in the room.

The hotel is in a very good located. Breakfast was not extensive, but good enough for me.

The bathroom, like many hotels did not have an outside window and the lighting could be better, especially for shaving. The hotel did not provide the use of a clothes iron, making it impossible to remove creases for clothes having being located in a suitcase for some time. This was disappointing, as I was there for a family wedding.

The hotel is in the heart of Assisi and not far from the Basilica of St. Francis. The room was clean and spacious with a window facing the street. You can open the window to let in fresh air and to hear the sounds of Assisi. The breakfast was good and the coffee amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again.

Shower pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the room was quiet.Also, had a lovely view looking over the umbrian landscape.

Of all the places we stayed this place had the weakest breakfast. They are keeping their Covid protocols in place so you there is no true buffet breakfast like in all the other places we stayed in italy. Instead, you fill out a card selecting whether you want a sweet breakfast or salty one. You also choose your time so that they can control the number of guests in the breakfast area (that was a good idea). One day we selected sweet and then we chose which type of pastry we wanted. during the actual breakfast you are asked which type of beverage you prefer (juice, cappaccino, tea, etc). They then recite additional items you can add to your meal such as yougurt, cereal, fresh fruit, various cake choices, etc. I would have preferred to have an actual buffet laid out.

Quaint building. Great location for the basilica or town center. Clean facilities; helpful staff.

The hotel has three floors. To take luggage to the third floor, you need to take two elevators—one at either end of the building. We were on the top floor and I couldn’t use half of the room—the ceiling slopes down severely and I bumped my head on the ceiling several times. (I’m 6’ 2”)

The location is great, right in the town center, but not a noisy location. The room was light and airy and had a great view from the windows over the roofs of Assisi and the valley to the west. We opened the French windows, which had a railing, and moved the chairs in front of it, and felt as if we were sitting on a balcony. The cold buffet breakfast was excellent. The people at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly. It was great that there was an elevator.

Parking was 7-9 minutes walk away up steep streets and steps, but we were able to drive to the front door of the hotel when we arrived and when we left, to unload and load our bags.

It was spacious, had a nice view, and was clean. Above all, the spectacular view of Val d'Orcia from the room was so great that I didn't want to leave the room. It would be a waste to stay for one day.

It was inconvenient because it didn't have its own parking lot, but it was nice to be guided to a parking lot that could be used for free. However, the parking lot is located in a remote location, so it is a bit inconvenient to get to and from the park, but it is worth it as it is available for free.

The view from my room was beautiful and it was comfortable enough for a short stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it just wasn't as comfortable as other hotels I've stayed at while in Italy.

The bed was really uncomfortable and stiff and I didn't like the way the door locked/unlocked, it felt more unsafe than other hotels I've stayed at because it didn't automatically lock when the door closed.
