We stayed at Posta Panoramic Hotel with a large group the night before our wedding, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for in every way. From the moment we arrived, we felt like more than just guests — the kindness and attention we received made a very special time in our lives even more memorable. A special thank you to Roberto, who was incredible throughout – helpful, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly for us. The location is beautiful, the food was great, the view is beyond stunning, and the service is something we’ll never forget. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Assisi – especially if you’re celebrating something special.

Views are mesmerising. Staff is the most helpful I've found so far. Breakfast was also good and we had all our allergies and intolerances taken seriously and we're provided with accommodating options. We left early and did not have time for breakfast so they packed us a lunch to take with us since we had paid for it already, but it was very helpful.

The first floor is accessible by lift but then there are stairs to go up to most of the rooms. Our shower was a little small but I saw other rooms with good sized ones.

Nice hotel, room is big enough. Our room was upgraded to a room with a balcony. There was a little fridge in the room, and a hairdryer. No coffee making facilities. The breakfast was in the restaurant next to the hotel. It has got a nice view. There were plenty of choices. The staff was helpful, we could leave our backpacks at the reception -when we arrived before the check-in and after the check-out as well.

Not enough plugs in the room. Pillows were really flat.

Location was great. Didn’t need a car but we had one so we had to park offsite. We always get a hotel that includes breakfast. It was very nice. The people at the hotel were very nice. There was a bus tour but it didn’t bother us.

In previous reviews we had read about the cold water in the shower. We experienced that issue. When I went to the front desk at 7am to report it, there was no one there. I ended up going to the restaurant to report it. They didn’t fix it for our showers that morning and when we checked out at 10am, they talked about the hot water system going offline during the night. That is not a good excuse. Fix it for all your guests. Very inconvenient.

The AC in the room did not work correctly. It was at 20 degrees when we came into the room because the temperature outside was 32 degrees and it was always hotter than outside. We had to sleep with the terrace door open the second night. The night custodian was incredibly rude & unhelpful. He does not know how to treat guests.

Everything!!! Location was half way between the various Basilicas. The room was spacious and clean. The private balcony was amazing. It faced downhill and away from the busy streets. Staff was very helpful getting taxi. Easy come easy go.

Bed linens were cheap and not very soft and shower was very very small, although this was our first hotel in Italy and have since experienced both the small shower and hard bed linens as the norm throughout our journey across this country.

It’s not every day you get to stay in a medi evil town! It was like nothing I have experienced before (especially coming from Australia). The hotel was located very close to the town square. Breakfast was the standard Italian style breakfast however the coffee was just from a push button coffee machine rather than someone making it for you so never tastes as good. Room had a beautiful view! Would recommend.

The coffee from the machine tasted like it used powered milk.

The entire place is stunning, with beautifully designed interiors and immaculate cleanliness throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. One of the standout features was the breakfast. It was simply phenomenal. There was a wide variety of options, from freshly baked pastries to an assortment of fruits, cheeses, and hot dishes. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The attention to detail in the breakfast service was truly impressive. The hotel itself is located in a fantastic area, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a day of exploring.

We stayed here 1 night and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Assisi. The room itself was small but the bathroom and shower were larger than I expected. Beds were not the most comfortable but the view from our room was incredible!! The host was very gracious and she even helped us carry our luggage up to the room. The restaurant at the Panoramic is excellent, a must try when visiting Assisi. Highly recommend the Posta Panoramic in Assisi.

Other than the beds, there wasn't anything we didn't like here.

The top manager is very nice and professional. And he went extra miles to help us. There was very heave rain at the time we were ready to leaving the church to Train station, we were panicked and very worried, He called taxi and provide us several plans to help us avoided heaven rain. We got train station on time. I will have all my relatives come to this hotel when they visit Assis.
