Very well located, just a short walk from the main attractions in Assisi. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, offering everything needed for a relaxing visit. An excellent choice for those seeking comfort and convenience in the heart of Assisi.

The bathroom could be improved, as the bathtub lacks a curtain, which causes water to splash everywhere when showering. Additionally, the one-hour breakfast window feels too short and could be extended to offer guests a more relaxed start to the day.

The staff were kind and humane. I arrived late due to the delay caused by train that blocked the rail at Terontola. I arrived late in the night and was stranded in the neighborhood about how to locate the structure, they helped me when I called. Mauro is helpful, patient and good at his work. God bless him. The breakfast was good and enough. The neatness and organisation is of the facility is encouraging. The hotel is in the center of the city. I enjoyed my trip and I encourage guests to use this hotel, rather home away from home. I shall use Citadello Laudato Si' again. Thank you Mauro and the team for your services and dedication. This is a beautiful former Monastery in the heart of Assisi. The facilities are fine, decent, clean, and wifi is available. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Excellent value for money. Breakfast is included, but the coffee sadly is not great. As a solo traveller I was very happy with the large room I stayed in with an ensuite bath and shower. I will definitely stay here again as it is so close to San Francesco and the Basilica of Santa Chiara and The Church of the Spoglazione where Carlo Acutis tomb is. I also love the quiet solitude of the Monastery.

The coffee!

It is a simple run guesthouse that offers great value for what you pay. The rooms are simple equipped with just the basics that you need for a good night's rest. The location is close to the bus stop and the Basilica of St. Francis. It is quiet at night. The staff were attentive and kind. I arrived past dinner time, but they prepared a portion for me to reheat in the microwave. We added lunch and dinner with our stay. The meals are simple - proper Italian homestyle cooking - but was worth more than what one could get at a restaurant for 12 euros a person for Saturday lunch. It was a complete meal with first course, main, fruit, bread, water and wine. The staff were also kind about letting us leave stuff after checkout so that we could roam the city without our bags.

Best place to stay and feel the climate of Assisi. You have all what you need to feel comfortable and happy - bathroom, comfortable bed and awesome view from the balcony. The room is clean and well equipped. The breafast is delicious and the owner very very helpful. Reception is 24h/24. I could stay longer up to 12 o'clock. You can store your luggage as well. The area is safe and quiet and the vibe and spirit hight ! I will be back soon I hope!

The place was well within walking distance in the places we planned to visit. We had a nice view and the Owner was very accommodating and understanding as we were late in check in due to an unexpected train strike

Amazing atmosphere, very kind and helpful stuff, many different areas like tv room, garden tables etc. Very clean rooms, easy checkin and luggage storage available on request.The view from the rooms balcony was spectacular.

The breakfast was great, the hotel it is at walking distance to the whole center of Assisi. There was a miscommunication with the staff, where they advised that my fee was paid, and days later I was advised that not, so I had to do a international transfer, which ended up costing me more. Free parking helps a lot, as there isn't many places to park in Assisi.

I love this place so much! Very quiet. Very clean, and people are really nice. I recommend it with all my heart. If I go back to visit Assisi, I will go stay there again.
