The location was very nice, I mean, you can’t be at both sides of the town at the same town, I’ve been staying by Piazza Del commune I the past, but I really enjoyed being so close to St Francis, it looks stunning at night and was a real gift go for Laudes and visit the tomb at 6:45 am when it was completely alone. Breakfast was a very basic Italian Breakfast but really good quality. And Martha, the kind woman who helped us with breakfast was very sweet and hard working lady, all the details were taken care of.

Well, the rooms are in the small size and the insulation is not the best, but the good was much better .

Location is top. Extremely short distance from S. Francis basilica. Everything within walking distance. Parking also conveniently close by. We were able to walk and visit all the sanctuaries.

The hotel is just across the street from the Basilica of San Francesco, a very convenient location. The room has everything you need. The staff let us put our bags in the lobby when we explored the town the next day, which was very nice of them.

Perfect location in the centre of Assisi, great service and very nice staff, great breakfast. From early morning one is awaken by the beautiful smell of freshly baked croissants and bread. Super clean and the staff are very helpful. WiFi access through the hotel - all over.

Cannot change much - be prepared that the rooms are very small but enough for sleeping and to keep your belongings.

The location was excellent. The staff was extremely communicative and accommodating. Breakfast was filled with variety and adequate staff.

The air conditioning may have already been transitioned to seasonably colder weather so we had to leave the windows open in the evening with some noise in the street.

Great location, 2 min walk to Saint Francis church. Easy walk through the rest of town. Lovely bar next door.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Asissi, a songs throw from the nails of St Frances.. there are lovely little shops and restaurants close by. The host was lovely, friendly and helpful. A little gem in the heart of a city.

This hotel is the second closest to the Church of St Francis. As soon as you step down the stairs, look right and the church is there. The front desk manager Mimosa is very gracious and helpful. The digital lock at the front door helps alot, no physical key to lug around. The place is very quaint, cute, cozy. Would definitely try to stay here again when we come back. And we will be back again.

Everything! It was the perfect location and it was a very nice place. Host was good too! I will definitely go back! Perfect for small families, partners, and small group. We were able to book 3 rooms - a group of 7 people! Sunset is also near the place :)

Nothing really! But if you have big luggages, take note that most of the places in Assisi are stairs, so you have to carry. :) But this place was comfy, perfect location, and the host was really warm and welcoming.
