Nice hotel in the "beginning" of Assisi - everything else is upwards from here, except parking which was down the hill a bit. Nice view down to the plains when you book a room with a view like I did. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had to leave quite early and wanted have breakfast earlier than the restaurant opened (breakfast between 7.30-9.30) and the staff let me have my breakfast even though everything was not ready after seven when I came down. Parking possibility in a parking facility nearby, cost 14 euros per day.

The restaurant was open only for breakfast. Not even a bar open. No other restaurants either very near.

Excellent position in city for everything, including access to buses for visits elsewhere, station, etc., of course San Francesco, but frankly every part of city as Assisi so accessible on foot, including San Damiano, Carceri. Particularly good buffet breakfast. Nice staff on duty then and on afternoon reception desk.

It would have been convenient to have active wifi in my room (310) rather than have to sit in reception to pick it up on my iPad. The reception ladies (owners?) insisted it worked, but categorically it did not and I demonstrated this to the male staff member on reception. I have a feeling that as, effectively room 310 is a single room, without view, so cheaper, than others, the ladies in charge did not bother about wifi access in that room. but it should be remedied.

The room was neat and tidy. The staff was great and very helpful. The restaurant was excellent for both lunch and breakfast. It had a great view of the valley.

The loaction is on a busy corner so it is difficult to drop off and pick up luggage. The room safe went into a low battery alarm at 1:15 am. After taking the battery out and informing the front desk, the batteries were not replaced for the rest of the stay and the safe was inoperable.

Superb location for bus connection and the surrounding area (Basillica, etc.) The rooms were well decorated with modern fittings and very clean. Also the service was excellent. We were served mostly by Adam at the reception who was super helpful in guiding us as well as Roberto who made us feel comfortable on our arrival at the hotel.

There was no kettle for making tea in the room. Would have like that.

Breakfast was excellent, cappuccinos were good, staff was very friendly

Block out shades in our room would have made our stay much more pleasant. The outer shutter slats could not close, and far too much light entered the room for a good sleep. Our daughter’s room had inner shutters, ours did not.

This is our 5th or 6th time staying in this hotel. We absolutely love the staff here, they're some of the kindest people you'll ever encounter. This hotel is literally the perfect place to stay when coming to Assisi. And in full transparency I can't wait to come back... P.S. probably the best coffee you'll find in town.

Functional room with comfortable bed. Good A/C. Great shower pressure. Exceptional breakfast.

Reception didn't have info on mass times, didn't have any maps in English. Friendly people, but did not have much interest in us enjoying or making the most of our limited time in Assisi. Sink had poor water pressure/ flow.

Location was great . Everything was spotless and breakfast was very good. One of the few places we’ve stayed that had air conditioning that actually worked well.

The shower was one of the smallest we’ve ever seen. Difficult when driving a car to drop luggage and go to park. We got a discount for parking but there wasn’t a cashier at the parking lot to take our discount. Ended up paying full price for parking. One small elevator is not sufficient for the amount of rooms.

The hotel is in the perfect centric location in Assisi so it's easy to walk anywhere - no need for a car. The accommodations were excellent, the staff professional, the room very updated and clean and very comfortable. We had a window that looked out over the street below and towards the West so we could see the sunset. It was simply beautiful, relaxing and so peaceful. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and elegant. We will return again and recommend this hotel to our friends.

Buffet breakfast was great with lots of selections. All the staff are friendly and accommodating to our needs. The location was excellent…so close to San Francisco Basilica and the bus terminal to Santa Maria degli Angeli and train station.

The Internet connection was sporadic and a bit problematic on our 4th floor room. We had to go to the main lobby to access it.
