Location : It was perfect for us! It is in the center where walking to St Francis Assisi was just 10mins and to St Claire was maybe 5mins. It was easily accessible to many other places too. The local bus was easy to hop on and off too. Breakfast : Just the usual. Room : It's clean and spacious room.

Staff communication - I asked about transportation twice but received no replies. On the 1st night, it started raining heavily. The hot water was not working well and we told the staff. We did not hear back until the next day where we need to ask for updates instead of the staff giving it to us. The safe in our room was not working too. They came twice but could not fixed it. They could have offered an alternative.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and both experiences were excellent. The location is perfect—right on the main street and just a short walk from the stunning Basilica of Santa Chiara. A major plus was that taxis could drop us off directly at the hotel entrance, which was especially convenient since we had heavy luggages. Lugging it through cobblestone streets and stairs would have been quite a challenge otherwise. The hotel itself is elegant, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. Photos accurately displays the hotel's facilities. A lift is available, making access even easier. Our room was spacious for two people, with comfortable seating and ample luggage storage. We also appreciated the smart TV, which allowed us to stream Netflix from our own devices. Another thoughtful touch was the complimentary bottled water, replenished daily. Breakfast was great—a generous buffet with a variety of breads, spreads, cold cuts, sweet pastries, and beverages, including freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, and tea. Overall, this hotel offers a fantastic combination of comfort, convenience, and quality. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel has a very fancy feel and the location is extremely convenient. You step out and you are pretty much in the center of Assisi. The common area is very welcoming and comfortable as well as clean. The bathrooms are very nice in the public area as well as in the rooms. Bathrooms are very tiny as all bathrooms are in Italy. Beds are comfortable and room is very clean. It does come with a pretty decent breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel for others looking to stay in a Assisi because of its location and cleanliness of the hotel.

There was nothing we did not like.

Quiet. Near the embassies so very safe. Within walking distance of a lot of the tourist spots. We are in our mid 60s and walked to the Forum, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. A highlight for us was getting a fabulous breakfast every morning and especially memorable was the server making us cappuccino. Picture of breakfast buffet is attached.

The hotel was central with restaurants close by and also close to some of the main attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stay at the hotel was comfortable. It was good to have the sitting area when we gathered together as a family

When booking the hotel rooms they were described as having Mountain View which wasn’t the case. I went for rooms with a higher price because of this.

Amazing hotel! Perfect location to explore Assisi. Our room was large, very clean & bed was comfortable. Breakfast was continental ,& a wide range of choices. If you are staying in Assisi, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Only one improvement could be to provide water in the room.

Great location in the centre of town. Room was a very good size to be able to open suitcases and good sized bathroom. Breakfast had a huge variety.

It was a little noisy but mainly because there was a medieval festival on which had banging drums and crowds until the early hours. Also breakfast range was great but a number of hot items were cool/cold even though we ate at different times each day.

This was a great place to stay. The location was close to public transport and everything was within easy walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space. There was a good variety of food at breakfast.

It was a bit noisy and crowded in the breakfast room when a large group was booked in.

The hotel is very nice. A nice and big room. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Very good breakfast. In the center of the historic city.

For guests that arriving with a car: The parking lot is located within 5 min driving and 15 min walking from the hotel. Not suitable for elders.

Great communication from staff before arriving. Position couldn’t have been better - it’s right in the middle of town. The room was larger than we expected and super comfortable. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags, which was super helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the price was extremely reasonable. We’d definitely stay here again.
