Hotel was clean, the staff was informative and helpful for navigation in city. Breakfast had the best pastries of our whole trip. I had issues with coffee machine and they helped immediately. Loved location.

The locals are rude . We could not get help finding bus stops and directions we needed. Our Italian was bad and there was very little English in signage or people who could translate.

The hotel is in a terrific location and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided met our morning needs and the coffee was delicious. We loved the fact that there was someone at the front desk most of the day and especially that they were there to check us in and out.

The pillows were too hard for us. Perhaps a variation of pillows is the answer.

Good location. In the center, a few minutes walk from the bus station that takes you to the train station. Breakfast was good. Clean, spacious room. A good option for anyone looking for something in the lower price range.

There was a lot of noise by the other guests. Maybe a more strict policy during the night would be helpful.

I loved that the hotel was so close to everything. The air-con was very efficient. And the staff let us in even though it was 3am as our plane was diverted and we ended coming very late.

The noise of people talking in the corridor travelled inside the room, so we ended up being woken up a few times each night as people staying in the hotel had no regard for others.

Was able to check-in after 6pm. Our train was delayed over 2 hours but I called ahead and was met at the hotel when I arrived. Close to a fabulous restaurant-- Trattoria Da Erminio. Had our best meal there! And generous breakfast through the hotel.

Room had sloped ceiling and hard to get dark has ceiling window cover needs fixing

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, everything was perfect, comfortable beds and the room was super clean.. Location was great as well. Highly recommend it.

Well located, new and clean, with airconditionerx. Eat the pizza next door :)

The shower is a cubicle, it was impossible to give a shower to my baby son :( the air comditioner didnt want to turn on during the night… after it did

This hotel is located in the historic centre. The staff are polite and helpful. Some staff speak good English. They will give you a discount voucher for overnight parking. The bedroom & bathroom are spacious and spotlessly clean. The shower has a lovely flow of hot water. The bed & pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is superb consisting of cereals, yoghurt, fresh croissants, jams, ham & cheese, fresh cake & pastries, tea & coffee machine.
