Quo Vadis is based in an old property that has been beautifully restored and maintained just off the old city center. The location is very convenient to walk throughout the city. It is also very convenient to the Matteotti parking station - as you cannot bring your car into the old city. Our room was of a good size, clean, quiet and comfortable with a view across the city to the valley below. Breakfast was good, served in an elegant old dining room, with hot choices cooked to order. Rachele was a charming hostess, patient, friendly and helpful. We had trouble locating the street - the GPS could not locate the street, but Rachele was really helpful on the phone guiding us to the parking station and to her street. We enjoyed our stay in Quo Vadis and would recommend the B&B without hesitation.

The GPS could not locate the address of the B&B - Via Santa Maria delle Rose 5 - yet the street is clearly marked on the Assisi town map. As a suggestion for future guests, perhaps Rachele could provide clear directions to the Matteotti parking station and attach a scanned city map highlighting the street.

This was an exceptional stay; the hotel is an easy walk from the parking available to tourists, and you are immediately transported by the charm and beauty of Assisi. The room was beautiful, blending an ancient construction (very deep window wells and stone walls in the breakfast room) with all the modern conveniences. The bed was the most comfortable we slept in during our two weeks in Italy. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of main dishes that were prepared on the spot and sweet baked goods, espresso and juices. The homemade crostata was incredible.

I liked everything about this place. The only difficulty was in coordinating our late arrival, but that was due to my own cell service problem. Try to make your late arrival plans early so that the host can give you access to the property.

What a beautiful stay in a beautiful Hill Town. I was lucky enough to get a room here for two nights and enjoy the hospitality of the host and owner. Even when I was more than 3 hours late to check in, she was gracious and helpful. The location is on a wonderful cobbled street near the San Rufino Cathedral. The inn was just above several restaurants service regional specialties and I felt safe and comfortable as a single woman traveler. The view from my room was a fantasy and the breakfast was elegant with made to order eggs and meats. The inn was a former monastery and the breakfast room had retained elements of the former use with high coffered ceilings and a special energy throughout the inn.

This is my second stay here. The room is very clean, spacios with a nice decorartion. Above all, the view from the room is very beautiful and special. I love it so much. The location is easy to go everywhere. Also, I had to leave very early in the morning, so the host was very kind enough to prepare a breakfast bag for me!

I wish the room had an electric kettle for hot water to drink. Also, the room was a bit cold because of the chilly night in the early spring.

Very friendly and delightful owner. Beautiful & tasteful, elegant & unique interiors and furnishings in a historical building. Delightful lounge. Very clean. Great location ie central & easy to get to by taxi. Close to the Cathedral. Small welcome bottle of water in room. Good WiFi. comfortable double bed in spacious room. Outstanding views of Assisi from both the bedroom and bathroom windows with lovely wooden shutters. Quiet location. Breakfast another unique and memorable experience, variety & choices eg yoghurt, cakes, croissant plus fresh fruit bowls with nuts etc or cooked eg eggs, toast etc on demand and choice of coffees in another beautiful and unusual setting. Lots of good restaurants within a short walk as to eg Church of St Claire etc.

Pleasant and quiet stay in the upper part of town close to the Cathedral (not the Basilica). This B&B has three rooms in a terraced building, which are on the ground floor when entering from the main front door. My room had a view over the edge of Assisi to the valley. A nice breakfast is served two floors below the rooms, with hot beverages, juice, a selection of continental breakfast items, and a small menu where you can choose one thing to be prepared while you wait (such as scrambled eggs). Assisi has a cheap shuttle that stops at the main square, which is a short walk (steeply downhill) from this B&B.

The shower was very small.

Quo Vadis BnB has a very good location near St Rufino cathedral, within easy walk from St Francis basilica and St Chiara church. There are plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops around. Rachele is an excellent host, she met us exactly at the time we came from the railway station and showed us our room with a lovely view of historic town. The breakfast was quite good.

I missed having cheese for breakfast.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Warm hospitality and a lovely breakfast room. Great view out of the window in our room.

Missing basic items like a kettle for tea/coffee and no iron available (this was a pity as we were in Assisi to attend a wedding). The 10am check-out is earlier than most hotels I've stayed in and so we were in a hurry to leave at short notice.

This is a terrific, small hotel near Piazza San Rufino, at the top of the town. If arriving by bus from the train station, the closest bus stop is Matteotti. Short walk downhill from here. Racquel is a great host - informative and very pleasant. The breakfast, served in a beautiful dining area downstairs, was great. The room was spacious and had a great view of other rooftops with the valley stretching out in the background.
