너무 다정한 호스트 때문에 마음이 몽글몽글해졌어요. My heart was softened by the very kind host. It was a little cold at night because there was no heater, but I was fine with extra blankets. It was so quiet that I could sleep well. The parking lot is spacious and there is no difficulty at all to see the town on foot. There were many kinds of fruit, bread, and jam along with the coffee she made herself in the morning, and the fried egg and juice were so delicious. I think my sweet girl will be remembered for a long time. Thank you~😉

A lovely location just outside the city walls of Assisi. Room was comfortable. Daily servicing. Staff were friendly, although limited English, they looked after us well. The breakfast was wonderful and my gluten intolerance was catered for specially.. Photo included of the cakes served at breakfast, of which some were local specialties. These cakes were not gluten free but my husband enjoyed them!

No kettle to have a hot drink outside of breakfast coffee, but understand this may be a cultural point of difference.

This is a really lovely place to stay as a family when visiting wonderful Assisi. The people are very welcoming and accommodating, the traditional Italian breakfast is large and delicious (especially the cakes), and the pool superb. It’s a 10 minute walk uphill from the Assisi Link bus stop at Piazza Matteoti. It’s a 25 minute walk to Basilica San Francesco through the centre of beautiful Assisi and a 1 hour walk uphill to Eremo della Carceri (best done early before it gets hot)

What an exceptional find this villa was. Excellent location with free parking. Pool and courtyard covered seated areas were a bonus after hot day in beautiful Assisi. Breakfast was plentiful....cakes, pastries, cheese pancakes, ham and cheese etc. Host was so accommodating and thoughtful as we arrived earlier than anticipated she readied our room for us so we could drop our luggage and go explore. Highly recommend Villa Bigio.

The Villa and gardens are beautiful. Views are fantastic, seating areas and pool excellent. Ingrid, the owner, and her family were so friendly and hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were all home cooked, good selection and hot food freshly cooked, and varied each of the 5 days we were there.

very good value, very clean, and in a lovely and quiet area right outside of town. if you like delicious cake for breakfast, you are in luck!

there were very large holes in the window screens that allowed mosquitoes in. I had to stuff Kleenex in the holes to keep the bugs out. also the lady who runs the place only appeared to be polite to the guests who spoke Italian. she seemed quite annoyed that we didn’t speak Italian (though we certainly didn’t expect her to speak English and tried our best to communicate via google translate and miming.) Her daughter in law was nice however.

Location was spectacular! Hosts were very kind and the room was nice. The property was so relaxing and a very short walk from the gates of Assisi.

Conviently located close to the city center. Quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast.

There was nothing not to like. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, just outside Assisi (about 15 mins walk) surrounded by beautiful countryside. Lovely pool and seating areas all around the house. Very calm atmosphere and really helpful staff, who met all of my needs, even though they spoke only Italian and I didn't ;)
