From arriving all the staff were so very friendly and helpful. The hotel was intimate, well run, spotless and very comfortable. There is a lovely spa and a great beautician and masseuse. The food throughout the day is delicious and the chefs dinner in the evening for us was exceptional.

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary which the hotel k ew about and kindly laid on flowers I had ordered. What would have been nice was for them to recognise the occasion for us with maybe some chocolates in the room or a local bottle of wine. This in no way affects the wonderful time we had there but if a hotel wants to be the best it is the little things that count.

My newlywed husband and I stayed here during our Honeymoon. It was the first stop on our trip and we were both absolutely amazed by the hospitality of Deville Hotel. We stayed in the Suite, which had a separate Lounge and Bedroom, a large bathroom and a wrap around balcony with views over Lake Garda! The decor of the room as well as the hotel throughout was outstanding!! I particularly liked the Green and Black tones in our apartment and the Balcony had loungers and a sun shade to relax on. The hotel has a Spa which was one of the best I have ever used, and the pool and surrounding grounds were superb. We love to enjoy Food, and I can confidently say The Bistro restaurant was exceptional. Omar and the team delivered the sort of service you see in movies. Omar recommended wines for us both nights and we experienced all 4 courses, and the amuse-bouche they served up before our starter and before desert was a delight. This was indeed a luxurious experience and we're glad we got to try it twice! Lastly, those that stay can experience a traditional Italian aperetivo, after a hard day enjoying the hotel or the lake, as the evening cools down. Deville Hotel and the team there certainly kicked our honeymoon off in style and if I'm frank, it will be next to impossible to surpass this hotel experience during the remainder of the honeymoon!! The location and view from our window were absolutely amazing. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We loved the great amenities, especially the well-equipped gym and the relaxing pool. The hotel's beautiful decor created a very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

The friendly staff, luxurious spa, and exceptional healing massage were bonuses, and unbelievably, everything was complimentary. The hotel facilities truly exceeded the standards of a 5-star hotel, with perfection in cleanliness and sophistication. The diverse and top-notch breakfast, along with the impeccable service, made our Christmas vacation unforgettable. Everything! Stunning view, outstanding service, beautifully decorated rooms, awesome swimming pool. We absolutelly loved our stay at Devills! Staff is extremly helpfull and kind, our toddler son just adored all of them and so did we. Please stay as amazing as you are, we will be back for more! ♥️

It has not much to do with hotel itself but… We had huge amount of tiny mosquitos in the room. It was quite unplesant on first night - second one we bought electrical repelent… So maybe those could be supplied by the hotel? But as I said - it was all perfect, this is just tiny suggestion.

Everything is amazing . Everything is fusion. Equipment and service on the high level. We were surprised of our welcoming and best place for celebrating our anniversary . Nice place and really perfect hotel. Thank you so much !!!!

The property is very modern, clean and orderly. A superb location, with great views. The staff at all levels are exceptional and do everything they can to make your visit the best it can be. The restaurant food is exceptional and the wine list, with recommendations, fantastic.

The hotel is situated 2.5km up a steep hill so walking down to Garda is easy but getting back is an expensive taxi ride (15-20 euros to go 5 mins). There is a shuttle service but last shuttle is 4:30pm

Very clean and well maintained. Very nice decoration and furnishings. A modern yet at the same time warm and comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed the scenery when having breakfast. The spa was fabulous. The staff were welcoming and helpful especially the restaurant staff. It was good to have a hotel shuttle bus into Garda even though it was a limited service.

We liked everything!

We were lucky: our room category had been upgraded, so it was spacious and had a great view of the lake. Breakfast was ok-ish

Unfortunately, the alarm system (I guess fire/smoke detector) on the ceiling has very bright green pulsing light and disturbed us during the night
