- Possibility of late check-in and early check-out - The staff! They were super helpful and friendly, especially Daniela (and a bit of a language barrier was no barrier when it came to talking). She cared daily for our room and made sure everything was clean and tidy (towels were changed and the room was tidied up every day); - Nice breakfast in a cafe nearby; - The vending machine was quite useful; - Location - the bus stop for the airport shuttle (and a few other busses) is just next to the door. Moreover, you can get straight to Piazza del Duomo in, like, 20 minutes by foot. All of the city's major attractions are within walking distance, so there's no need to use buses too much. Moreover, one of the best pizzerias in town is just around the corner. Overall - it's a good value for your money :)

Not a major drawback, however, it would be nice if there was an electric kettle in the dining area (if not in the room).

The room was exactly as described. The pla e is in top Center ans very convenient. We could not operate the vending machine for water. The cleaning lady Daniela was very nice and talked about the building, also gave good tips about our next stop.

Bathroom could have been more convenient

I was seriously impressed with this hotel which gave me everything I needed as a solo woman traveller . Firstly it was so well located right in the centre of Catania . Which enabled accessibility everywhere . A very useful public bus service just outside the door . The owners were incredibly polite and kind and I got to know Daniela the wife very well . We somehow wee able to chat using Google Translate and the few words I could speak in Italian . I even met their adorable white and black rabbit . I had air-conditioning, a fridge , a lovely en-suite bathroom with a shower and bidet. On arrival I was grateful to notice a self service coffee and snacks machine with bottles of ice cold water. Fulnnoly enough you could hardly hear the traffic . I was given a set of keys to enable me to get into the hotel whenever I wanted to . I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The hotel is also near Savia pasticceria . Delicious cannoli and granitas , almond and wild strawberry in particular . The airport bus stop ALIBUS is just outside the hotel iron exit street door . I was stuck for four days alone in Catania due to Easyjet cancelling my flight so had to get my own food etc a place called Il Bosco a self service buffet very cheap , very good food .

There was absolutely nothing I did not like about this hotel

Central location, secure, big rooms, air conditioning works perfectly, you've got everything you need, very good value for the price and most important...BEST HOSTS! Antonio and Daniela are very nice and helpful people, they gave us all the information we needed, they made sure we are safe and we had some good laughs together. Best place to stay in Catania.

Great location, very convenient and easy access from the airport.Nice park nearby, lovely shops and food serving places nearby. Manager Antonio and the hostess Daniela were very hospitable and kind welcoming people. We felt like at home. Daniela is quite friendly and ready to provide information and assistance.

Mrs.Danilo is very kind Woman. She is room Cleaner, very gently and brightly with friend ship. There is bus stop for Airport in.front of hotel.

This.hotel is classical hotel ,not American new type. I expect Remaking room.

Main street location. Manager or the guy that works at the counter was the best. He helped us find a parking space down the streets

The owner Daniela help people with a lot of information about visiting Sicilia.

Everything things was OK.

The location is excellent it's very central. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The staff are super friendly especially Daniela.

There is no elevator

Safe central area. Mostly quiet. Easy access to all major sites. Next to Airbus stop. Exquisite kindness of the owner and his staff. Availability of a leisure space with vending machine. Breakfast served in a bar up the road, really really nice. Great shower too!
