This facility did not have breakfast but was very near coffee shops and places with breakfast. It did provide coffee, tea and water. It was a very pleasant experience. The person who worked there often greeted us and made sure we had what we needed. It was near all the major sites of Catania. There are several good restaurants near the B&B.

It does not have an elevator. Two flights of stairs are required to reach the B&B.

Perfect location - right in the center of Catania. Close to the most popular places and monuments. I felt safe in this location. Even though it was in the center, I had no problem finding a public parking space, max. 10 minutes from accommodation. We were welcomed very warmly and the staff did everything to make us feel very comfortable there. The room was simply decorated, but clean and spacious. There is a fridge in the room. It is possible to make coffee or tea in the common area. My flight was in the evening, but there was no problem to leave my luggage after check-out. I highly recommend it.

This was my third time staying at BnB Teatro Bellini. Valentina the host is exceptional, it was so lovely to receive such a warm greeting from her again and for her to remember me a year after my previous stay. I love the location, the restaurant on the corner is exceptional, and it is easy to get to the beach and airport from this location.

Close to the Teatro, so everything almost there in a short walking distance. Still, it is calm and silent, there is not that much noise from the street, perfect to relax. The host is very friendly, proactive and helpful. Loved the cat! :)

Easy to miss when looking for this place as the name sign is relatively small.

The street of the accommodation has a bad appearance, but it is nevertheless safe. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean, the host was friendly. The location is very good, the sights are close, and there are delicious places to eat at the end of the street.

The apartment is old-fashioned, 2-3 chairs would help a lot in terms of comfort.

Everything. The room was incredibly nice and spacious, renovated, new, and still had the aesthetic of antique with the roof, also a nice chandelier in there too. Our host Valentina was super helpful and she even gave us an umbrella when it looked like it was going to rain (which it poured and helped us stay dry.) Honestly the value was that great I was trying to find the catch. You can't go wrong staying here! As a booking pro, one of my faves.

Valentina the property manager is a gem. She's a wealth of knowledge about Carania, the area and how to get around Sicily. The beds were comfy, 5he coffee was delicious and the area is the best for restaurants and tourism.

Not Valentina's fault but even though the property is advertised and a B&B, there is no breakfast. But there are a lot of bakeries nearby.

Valentina, the host, was exceptionally helpful and kind. Indeed, after we arrived, we asked her where we could find a supermarket and rather than simply giving us directions, she took us there. The apartment (two bathrooms!) was exceptionally clean and spacious and located in a side street close to the Duomo. So, well located. Very good value, highly recommended.

B & B Teatro Bellini could be difficult to find. It exists in a building among a number of unrelated apartments with only the buzzer to show where the B & B is. So a little ingenuity is required. Not too hard, really.

The owner was attentive, and Mrs. Valentina was very kind and helped us with the luggage. Late checkout was possible and great, especially since our flight arrived at 11 PM. Everything was great.

Cold toilet, although the water was hot. This is common throughout the city since there is no heating in the bathroom.

Very central location, everything's in walking distance but still quiet enough to sleep. Valentina is a lovely host, she's helpful and makes sure the room is tidy, even offers coffee in the morning. And her cat is cute. :) 100% recommended.
