The place is centrally located to the main shopping street and there are numerous restaurants nearby. We arrived by train, the station is a 15 minute walk. We left via the train to the airport as well. The room was cleaned daily.

As we were leaving we asked what the best way to the airport was to the owner (who was attentive) and they responded by taxi and offered to book us one … for 40 euros. The trip is 10 minutes by car, which seems very expensive . Instead we took the train for 4 euros with a 15 minute walk to the station.

Conveniently nestled in the heart of the city, just a stone’s throw from local amenities and charming pubs. This delightful retreat offers tastefully decorated, combining classic touches with modern comforts. Each room features a cozy, inviting bed, a spotless en-suite bathroom, and free Wi-Fi that's reliable and fast. Despite its central location, the room was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. Each morning we were greeted with freshly baked cornetti . The proximity to local pubs and eateries meant that we had a plethora of dining options just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the local nightlife without having to worry about transportation.

We stayed for 2 nights and when we came inside, we were presented with a very pleasant scent and a very organised, clean, spacious room. The staff included a few things, such as: two packs of ear plugs, two water bottles inside a mini fridge inside the room, two soaps, etc. A shaving kit was also included! The bathroom was friendly for everyone, including disabled people. Also, when all doors and windows are closed, you can barely even hear anything from the outside. Besides this, the staff were all very friendly and patient with us. They guided us through the process and gave us all the details needed. Apartment is clean, freshly renewed, with private toilet and balcony. It is well located, meaning good comunication with important points as train station (10 min. walk) or main street (also 10 min.). Nearby apartment were few shops and restaurants.

Street seams quite dangerous - during night some people destroyed cars near building. I do not recomend leaving apartment alone at night.

The experience was very pleasant. The host is pretty, he recomand me rental cars, restaurants, company to go to Etna at better prices and the guides are very friendly. He/she will respond and help you with everything that you need. The location is excellent, near city center and the most important breakfast to eat, Agatha Cafe which has an excellent breakfast for big guys like me and also for slim people 😁 The location has arround a lot restaurants and markets.

Great location near to the station, supermarket and some nice restaurants. It was very easy to access the flat, we have received all information in advance and even earlier self check-in was available. There is a storage option for the lagguages as well in case someone would stay in the city after check out. The flat is well equipped and was very clean, thanks to the daily clean-up. We would come back any time.

The street is noisy, but there are earplugs provided by the host.

We stayed for one night. The apartment was easy to find and very clean. Since it’s located in the city center, you can hear some street noise, which was expected and totally fine. The only slightly annoying part was the sound of other room doors opening and closing, but with earplugs, we slept through the night without any issues. It’s just a few steps from some great, well-rated restaurants.

The room was huge, all things considered. Excellent amenities, fridge, kitchen, kettle, washer, air conditioning, reliable wifi. Bed was comfortable, the room was nicely furnished, and at walking distance from most locations.

I loved the key system, but I had trouble one night using my data plan to open the outside door, as internet wasn’t connecting. It was a bit stressful when a stranger decided to start engaging me at that moment, and I wasn’t able to get in. I had to text the link to a friend to be able to have them open it at a distance to get in safely.

Very easy entry system (but you do need your phone) and it felt very secure. Private bathroom was nice with a good powerful shower. Large and very comfy bed, with great air con. Very near nice cafes, restaurants and bars. Communication from the host was good and I was able to leave bags after checkout. Great value for money.

The door entry system is very noisy when others access the building but ear plugs are supplied

Room was clean and tidy. It was relatively quiet at night, limited noise from the bar/restaurant nearby. Bathroom was clean. Nice to have a fridge in the room.

The 'no food in the room' rule would have been inconvenient if I'd stayed longer. Since I was only there for one night, it wasn't a problem.
