The hotel was at a very central location, the rooms were nice and tidy. Check-In and Check-Out were uncomplicated and it was possible to store luggage at the reception in case of early arrival.

The rooms were on the 2nd/3rd floor and unfortunately there was no elevator so it was quite difficult to carry all our luggage upstairs. Furthermore, the rooms had thin walls so it was a little noisy in the morning.

Very interesting place, we were 3 families and all the rooms were great. Clean and tastefully decorated. The location is close to the old town. Close to restaurants and sightseeing places. The host provided coffee, water and all needed amenities.

The apartments are on the second floor after rather steep steps, keep in mind if you have a lot or heavy luggage. The area does not feel safe. Our car window was broken, they stole some clothes and kids shoes from the trunk. The floor in our bath was extremely slippery when wet - be cautious.

Our stay with Michele was great, he was great with the communication and fast to solve any minor problems such as missing glasses and cups in the room. The neighbourhood was great, close to the train station, sights and restaurants. Our only negative remark is that the B&B had listed breakfast as an option but it became clear at arrival that the only breakfast they served were the small biscuits and tea/coffee in the room, which was disappointing. But other than that we’d definitely recommend staying at this B&B.

The location is very good - close to most attractions and restaurants. The host surrounds guests with extraordinary care trying to meet expectations. The room was large. Equipped with a kettle and fridge. Breakfast was good - mainly sweet, although the host served us individual portions of ham and cheese.

The apartments are located on a high second floor. Unfortunately, there is no lift. Getting up and down with a heavy suitcase is a big problem. Our room had a window onto the street, which made opening the window almost impossible due to the intense noise. The street is busy and noisy even at night. With the windows closed this was not a problem, but we prefer to sleep in fresh air rather than AC.

The location of the property is perfect as it is close both to the city center and to the train/bus station (both 800m away). Also, despite being in an old building, the B&B was entirely renovated and clened every day. The host was responsive and allowed us to store our luggage in the B&B the whole day after check-out prior to our flight. The street is one of the main ones in thr city (I suppose) so it was safe to walk even during the night and was relatively clean, in contrast to other parts of Catania where rubbish and homeless people are all over the street. Overall, the B&B is a good value for money and we enjoyed our stay there. Safe, calm and renovated.

We had a minor issue with the hot water, as it was taking time until it starts running, but after 10 min the hot water is there so not a big issue at all.

It was clean and well kept. It was a small room, but good for the three of us (2 adults, 1 child). There was a big bed for us and small bed for him. There was a TV, fridge, closet space, and amenities. They left supplies for coffee and tea and snacks! There was also a small balcony. We booked it last minute after leaving another booking. They were very accommodating and the procedure was simple and easy. Thank you so much!

Everything was ok. Very nice owner and easy communication. I trully recommend this apartaments. The room was clean and well equipment. Close to city centre. 😊

Good size room in a grand old property. Comfy bed. Good bathroom. Clean and as described. Walking distance to bars, food & historic sites. Short ride to airport. We would happily stop there again.

No breakfast. Ongoing work nearby creates some noise. Keypad access and stairs.

The hotel was in the city centre. Easy to find, but we had a room on the second floor, so had to carry the suitcase up the stairs. Except that, everything was good. The owner was very nice, explained us everything, gave us some advises. So definitely we recommended it.
