Natia,she is sweetheart! So welcoming host,offer shuttle and really such a nice person. Even manage to get for me gluten free breakfast. She made my stay more comfortable especially if I am female solo traveler. Room was big,clean,nice bathroom with everything (soap,shower gel,towels, toilet paper). Kitchen area was available any time, quiet place where to relax. Other 2 hosts was nice and polite as well but Natia...hope apartment owner treat you the best way.

First when I arrived,nobody explained why my location will be in different place. Host didn't spoke English so conversation wasn't great. I was happy to stay in new location but still didn't get answer why I got moved. Next morning didn't exactly know what to do,but host Natia took care of me and I finally get in to place where I should need to stay rest of the days. She was the only one who spoke English. To my opinion hosts need to know small conversation on English as well,because I don't think so only Italian spoken people staying there. WiFi connection was so so bad and it's a BIG minus,because my travel plans goes with internet connection,even with my family members couldn't speak because of Internet breakage.

Nice B&B in with various restaurants nearby and with short walking distance to the main streets and attractions of Catania. The building is old and in need for some care and affection, but the B&B has spacious renovated rooms with high ceilings and is clean. Our room faced the main street, but was quiet. The area is safe. The staff is friendly and prepares (Italian-style) breakfast for you with fresh croissants every day. Overall, value for money and warmly recommended.

It was not a big problem, but there was some strange loud noise of water "struggling to be flushed" every time the toilet was used. Lasted for about half a minute and then stopped.

Despite all the negative reviews, I found it thoroughly good value for money. The room was spacious, shower space big, and the bed very comfortable. The location is superb right on the doorstep of all the major attractions.

Sure it can get quite noisy, I could hear every conversation outside my door. But that is a minor inconvenience.

The location of the hotel was quite good, very close to city center. The general appearance of the room, the breakfast saloon and of the hotel in general was antique, in the beautiful nostalgic way. The breakfast with a good variety.

The communication was quite good overall, but they failed in one thing : explaining why they changed the location (still close to the original place, but seemingly on a less populated street and that did feel very safe at night). Also, all the breakfast was cold (including food that is usually warm or heated just before serving).

Due to a technical problem with the structure, they made us stay at the hotel "La Ville". They came to pick us up and bring us back the next day, the staff was really kind. Good Italian breakfast. 10' from the city center. We used the private closed parking "Piazza Lupo Garage" (15€ for 24h per motorbike).

The location is fantastic - very close to the city center. The room was really nice and clean. Definitely one of the best places in Catania in terms of price/quality ratio. We had amazing breakfasts there as well - special thanks to Nati, who speaks fluently English and Russian (apart from Italian), for the easy communication and for making sure we are not missing anything during the breakfast.

The accomodation is well situated in the city, the center is about a 5 minute walking distance. There are a lots of good restaurants nearby. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a little bit noisy. We didn't get any information about how to get into the accomodation. Luckily our taxi driver helped us in the middle of the night.

Great location, spacious and clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Our flight arrived at midnight, there was no problem with the arranged transfer from the airport and the late check-in. Everything was perfect!

When a small problem came up, the staff immediately reacted to make it right, going out of their way to ensure we were happy with our room and our experience. The street was busy during the day but very quiet at night. Easy walking distance to all the great things about downtown.

The location is great. Teatro Bellini just minutes away. The area and the building looks old but the room is very modern, spacious and comfortable. A bonus is the Italian breakfast, light but delicious 😋
