The location is terrific and the facilities are new. The host is nice and considerate. The host considered all aspects that a traveller may need and get everything prepared (cooking utensils, washing liquid, drying racks…).

There are no elevators and it is required to talk for a few floors, which is quite tiring for travellers to carry the heavy luggages upstairs. There are some ants on the walls and floors near the balcony, (the room is very clean and comfortable!!!), but I think it is unavoidable since they come from streets.

Amazing location right in the middle of the city. Definitely not a quiet area, but absolutely perfect if you want to enjoy the town, and markets or have a late drink and make it to the beach in the morning by taking the nearby bus. Clean room with private toilet and two balconies overlooking the town and Mount Etna. Breakfast is a nice start to the day as it is provided at a cute little local cafe.

If I were to complain about something necessarily, it would be the pillows. There can always be more pillows. But the place was great otherwise

Great Central location for all amenities. Fish and vegetable markets are within 1 minutes walk. Modern apartments with shared kitchen and lounge areas. Has air conditioning in the room. Coffee and snack bars included.

No great issues as the property generally met my needs well. But be aware it is on the 3rd floor and the railway runs directly past, so expect rumblings when a train passes... But they don't run late, or start too early! The negative: there was long black hair caught on the side of the sink. Mines short and grey...

Location of this property is both blessing and a little inconvenient. Being so close to the one of the party streets was good for spending the night out or catching a intercity or local bus.

Unfortunately location near the fish market tends to carry some foul smells once you step out to the street. Breakfast coffee shop really doesn’t shine and offer much choice besides sweet pastries.

Great location, a walking distance to all the main attractions of the city, restaurants, bars, and open air markets. 2 minutes walk from a bus and taxi station if you want to go the beach/airport. Rooms and toilets were clean and well equipped. Also, a well-equipped kitchen with a snack and coffe/tea selection. Delicious breakfast in a bar close to the property. Excellent contact with the owner who recommended me what to do in the area, a big thanks, Giuseppe!

Everything was great.

We liked the proximity to the city centre and the nice bars and restaurants. The area is very good. The communication with the host was also very good. We got the help we needed and a lot of nice tips from Giuseppe. The room was nice and cozy and it had everything we needed for our stay, even for work.

There wasn't something we didn't like.

Vicinity to the center of the city, bus station, good bakeries and cafeteries. Nice, charming place with italian style. Nice breakfast in Amara cafeteria. Good value for the money.

Everything was ok.

Giuseppe was very helpful,speaks excellent English.The place had excellent rooms, great views and is very centrally situated. The Kitchen was spotless and included all cooking facilities. In general Zurria Rooms, was very spacious and comfortable, with a very good feeling. Do not hesitate !
