We loved the welcoming, friendly and very attentive manager, family and staff. Communication was very good and nothing was a problem. We enjoyed Catania so much and our stay at Tre Stelle made it even better. Our room was spacious and fresh and had everything we needed, including items in the adjoining common area. The balcony connected us to the wonderful life on Via Garibaldi below and the Piazza del Duomo, the views were fantastic. We would love to return to Catania one day and we would return to Tre Stelle al Duomo!

We had luggage to take up a flight of stairs after exiting the lift, but it wasn’t a problem and we need the exercise! This is common in the beautiful, historic buildings and what we expected. Lucky to have a lift to take us most of the way up! This wasn’t necessarily something we didn’t like about the property. Can’t think of anything else!

Roberta was a great host. Everything was greatly planned by her - the info in advance precise and clear how to get in via code. Also not a problem to arrive late in the evening. Many tips by her. We loved it’s location in the city center as everything was in walking distance around town and so many options to eat out. Not far from The bus station to get to other destinations, the beach or the airport. Beautiful little room with a nice small and clean bathroom.

Well you must be aware that if you sleep in the city centre there will be noise almost all time. (Even with great windows ;)

Discovering Tre Stelle al Duomo in Sicily was like uncovering a hidden gem. From the moment we stepped into our spacious room with its inviting beds and good pillows, we knew we were in for a treat. Yet, what truly elevated our experience was encountering Roberta's exceptional hospitality. Her personalized recommendations for our final evening led us to a quaint trattoria just a stroll away from the B&B, where she had thoughtfully secured a table for us. It was an evening filled with culinary delights and laughter, a perfect finale to our Sicilian adventure. Grazie, Roberta and Tre Stelle al Duomo, for creating memories that will linger in our hearts for years to come.

Super location beside piazza la Dumo. V comfortable room for a solo traveller, hot water and easy to access good restaurants

Lift wasn't working, three flights of stairs which was OK for me but might prove difficult for a traveller with mobility challenges. I has asked for information on excursion to Mt Etna which the apartment contact person said she would book for me however no communication was made with me regarding this subsequently which was a disappointing service

Lovely room. We were able to check in earlier as our room was ready. Very good location, on a busy street and very close to tourist attractions. Windows are excellent at sound-proofing noise from the street at night. Communication with our host Roberta was excellent. We got clear instructions for check-in, were provided with a tourist map and Roberta recommended what to do/where to eat during our time in Catania. We were allowed to leave our bags on the property after check-out which was great for us as our flight was later in the day.

Room was clean, bathroom was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, right in the centre close to all attractions. Luggage was safely stored before check in and after check out.

Room is on third floor, lift only goes up to second floor so last flight of stairs has to be climbed. On arrival lift wasn't working and we had to carry suitcases up three flights of stairs.

The property is in a great part of Catania. Close to walk to the markets, and about a 10 min walk to the train station. The owner was great and handled our late check in well and also organised a transfer from the airport. They also allowed us to keep our bags at the reception area until we needed to catch the train later in the day. They also allowed my friend to stay with me as they surprised me on my trip.

There is heaps of scaffolding on the exterior of the building so the balcony is basically redundant. You can’t see anything from the balcony. The room I was put in didn’t match the room that I paid for. I paid for the Superior King room which was supposed to have a couch and a larger bathroom but I didn’t get this room. It made me feel a bit cheated.

Roberta who I was dealing with had the best follow up from any of the people I dealt with over 4 weeks of traveling in Europe. She messaged clear instructions a few days before we were due to stay there. This was great. She arranged a fair priced car to collect me at the airport after I had to drop my car at the airport rentals. It was complicated but the driver Francesco went above and beyond to make sure he found me. Roberta even told us a scenic route to take from Giardini Naxos rather than the freeway. She met us at the hotel and even sent instructions on where to park to get closest access to the apartment with our baggage. Bonus as they had a lift/elevator. Roberta was the best And I would recommend Tre Stelle to everyone . Catania was a surprisingly great city and we thoroughly recommend visiting.

The stay at Tre Stelle was quite fantastic. The location is great, right in the centre and everything is within walking distance. There's a pharmacy and a general store nearby. If you're coming as a tourist and need a place to stay for a while, I'd recommend it wholeheartedly!

Excellent location - could not be better! Nice room, and very nice and communal areas. Host was very helpful ans responsive.

The tiny lift does not take you to the floor where the flat ie, which is a problem if you have heavy luggage (like we did). The room is on the small side for 2 people with some suitcases) but ok for one person or even for a couple with less luggage.
