Great location, awesome host, but bathroom requires renovations.

Rooms are different and would be nice have pictures of each one separately

The location was incredible. I purposely booked the cheapest room with an external bathroom. I would not do that again. We got a look at other rooms on the property and they were very nice. Larger than ours for sure. It was fantastic to have the parking in the secure courtyard as well.

Our room was on the small side and I would not book an external bathroom again as it was very small with no ventilation.

Our stay at Palazzo Bruca Catania was absolutely perfect—10/10! The location is excellent, allowing easy access to all the attractions, and the atmosphere of the place is simply wonderful. The value for money is outstanding, and the highlight for us was the breathtaking ceiling in the luxurious bathroom, featuring a spacious two-person jacuzzi with hydromassage. The entire experience was incredibly pleasant, made even more special by the warm welcome we received. It was my husband's birthday, and he was greeted with kind wishes, delicious local sweets, and a bottle of prosecco. This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Everything was well taken care of, and we truly enjoyed every moment. If anything, we just wish we could have stayed longer to soak in the wonderful atmosphere!

We had a wonderful stay in BB Palazzo. The hotel is located literally 1 min walking from the main square of Catania where all the nice cafes and restaurants are located. From the hotel to the left,right in the corner there is a nice little cafe serving tasty lunch and breakfast. We had breakfast there every day(coffee and sandwiches are very tasty).The hotel offers secure parking (easy to park). Our room was spacious and very clean. Our room had an amazing painted ceiling like in a museum. Very impressive!The air conditioner works very good(quite and blows nice). We slept with close windows, so we didn't hear any noise from the streets. The staff is very friendly and polite. There is a vending machines with snacks, Coffee and water in the hotel (I find it very convenient). Just keep in mind:the reception is open until 8pm and if you come after you need to inform the reception and there will be an additional charge for late arrival(10 or 20 euros depends how late you arrive);:the hotel offers limited toiletries (just soap and shampoo). For us it was not a problem,we had our own toiletries We will definitely stay in this hotel for our next visit to Catania.

The host provides a private car parking space at a reasonable price. The staff is nice and responsive. Also, I am given a free upgrade to a much larger room with balcony. I have nothing to complain about. The place is conveniently located at the centre of the main tourist spots. Yet, if you are looking for a remote place for a quiet stay, this place may not be suitable for you. There was some noise in the night as it is at the main street (but not too noisy).

The room was gorgeous and extremely comfortable and beautifull❤️ The breakfest vaucher for the restaurant next door was very good.!❤️ The stuff at the reception was amazing, Special thanks for ANTONELLA the (best person you could ever dreamed of,at front desk). Thank you for the unforgettable stay 🙏❤️ Whould absolutly recomend this place, it is out of the ordinary 🙏

1.The noise from the street at night ,could have been helped by changing the inner wood window doors, With new dubble or triple glass windows. 2.Stronger water output & fix shower had coming out from the wall & faster comming hot water, will make the expiriance A tottal 10 🙏 3. Last little thing, the breakfast vaucher for Monday morning ,is to another place in the Doumo squear, (Since the restaurant next door is close that day,) it is very poor. I would defanatly try to find something better, to meet the standards of the other one.

The property is located in the historical centre of Catania, adjacent to Chiesa di San Francesco d’Assisi. 5 minutes walking to Via Pardo, the fish market, and Basilica Cattedrale di Sant'Agata. The parking lot is in the courtyard of the building and safe. An old lift takes you to the property and convenient with luggages. The room is spacey and clean.

This is a very historical beautiful building, a cortyard looks like a museum, and all details about building is historical and great to see. There are wonderful restaurants around and everything is in a couple of meters.

Being in a central area, old and authentic comes with a price of nuisance, due to lack of noise insulation. On a Friday night it was very loud, and the windows does not really provide a lot of separation from the street. Bath/toilet can be improved,

Central location, easy walk to town. Friendly helpful staff. Modern feel to public spaces.

Bed was terrible. Dips significantly in the middle, worst part of the hotel. No bathroom privacy (maybe a bit European but not to our taste). Impressive bathroom ceiling is badly cracked and needs repair. Log rolls behind bed are written on and some have fallen off. Could benefit from a refresh.

The location was great, the room was big with a wonderful view overlooking a plaza with beautiful old buildings. The bed was very comfortable and it had a fridge and kettle which we found very useful.

The access was not good and they are adding on more rooms at the moment so there is ongoing construction. However it didn’t really affect us as we were out all day.
