So many nice touches. A free selection of free snacks and beverages. Very nice shower (great to have a bidet). The room and hotel were beautiful and interesting.

The virtual concierge was a step down from a real one. For example, at my last I realized that I had forgotten the white dress shirt that went with my 3-piece suite for the wedding. The hotel front desk phoned around and found a shop that carried such shirts in my size, then ordered me a taxi. Perhaps if I had emailed Alberto, he would have done something similar for me. However, I would not have thought to ask. Also when leaving a hotel I also talk with the concierge about places to see and places to eat. Again, I could probably accomplished this through email but not as well or as easily.

I found the breakfast to not really be much of anything The packaged croissants were horrible. I took one bite and left it. I was expecting more of a real fresh breakfast of fruit and pastry, not juice (which I don't drink) and packaged pastry I could get out of a machine.

A hidden gem in the heart of Catania! We loved our stay here! It is located in a great location right in the centre 3 minutes from the main piazza and also near the fish markets. Great restaurants and bars all nearby. The Host provides so much information to help in anyway we need and so you can access the main door and internal doors with codes. The room was gorgeous, so clean! The king room had a stunning high mural ceiling and lovely balcony overlooking the street which we could see the Duomo at the end. Not forgetting so many thoughtful complimentary drinks, snacks, fabulous coffee machine with coffee provided and coupons for additional discounts for nearby cafe that we used twice as the food was fantastic. We loved our stay!

Nothing to dislike.

Great location on main avenue Via Guiseppe Garibaldi, I had room Duomo 1 and could see exactly that building to the left. The room is massive with a juliet balcony and small table chairs which you enjoy the view from. Interior is a treat, staring at your own 'Bottecelli' ceiling fresco. Did not see any staff whole 3 days but wasnt an issue at all. I got large bottle presessco, x3 bags of chips replenished, mini muffins, tea, coffee, creamers, soda, water, juice all included in price!! Nice touch. Breakfast venue at nearby cafe is also lovely, with great view on to a piazza

I couldnt find suitable temperature control in room, found night time temperature in March bit cool. Also the actual entry of side street is home to a very popular bar (great place....), and is noisy Friday, Saturday til the early hours.

The Building was old and tired, but you could see the lost grandeur. As soon as we walked into the room, it was great, very comfortable, clean and airy. The painting on the ceiling was amazing. It was perfect for our one-night stay in Catania, as it was very close to AL DUOMO and the centre. The communication from the host was clear and easy, they had attention to detail in the room, providing everything you need, and the topping on the cake, they had complimentary drinks and a token for breakfast, which was in a cafe in the square, two minutes walk away. My husband loved sitting on the small balcony watching the street lights and life below :)

We had very nice stay. Giuseppe informed us about everything upfront. The room was very nice, we had everything we needed - just like in a hotel - very comfortable bed, towels, slippers, fridge with some complimentary drinks and snacks. The location was perfect - just in the city center, very close to all main must-have-sees. We would definitely come back.

It´s right in city center and Italians know how to have fun :-) So if you are coming over the weekend, bring earplugs. We were super tired after busy days, so we fell a sleep almost immediately. But you can really hear people having fun on street until 3am.

A wonderfully restored b&B in the heart of the city (literally steps away from the Cathedral and the fish market) in a historic building with original flooring and frescoes on the ceilings, with spacious rooms and super comfy beds. Trust me, this place is even better than in the pictures! If you are into small boutique hotels and prefer places with a local "flavor" and rooted in the local culture, this is your best choice. Check-in and out is extremely smooth (can even be done being guided "remotely) and Giuseppe (the host) will offer plenty of tips on local activities/restaurants/things to see. Thank me later ;)

No complaint whatsoever!

Excellent location with heaps of bars and restaurants around. The staff had great communication and instructions to check in/check out. Bathroom is very big and the room was comfortable. Nice to have a balcony that overlooks a little courtyard. Also had free coffee tokens and free drinks in fridge.

No parking directly outside (have to walk 10 minutes for paid parking). An alarm went off at 1am for 5 minutes which woke up the entire apartment. Light went on in our apartment. Flashing loud siren went off in the courtyard

We hadn’t been to Catania before it’s quite lively and chaotic at times. The hotel was in the centre and near all the activity but quiet and had everything we needed, there were three couples staying there for a wedding - there were three rooms with a kitchen and office area. We had an iron, hairdryers everything we needed to get dressed for the wedding. They also had left complementary treats in our fridge. The breakfast cafe around the corner (2mins walk) was traditional and perfect for us, there were lots of great Sicilian restaurants in walking distance as well. The city bus stop was near for travelling to other areas.

The rooms here are so lovely. They are absolutely spotless with a huge, comfy bed. There is excellent attention to detail - there are robes and slippers, a vanity kit (nail file etc) and a sewing kit. There was a fridge with complimentary drinks and snacks. We could get Netflix on the TV too! The location is great, right in the middle of where you want to be in Catania. All instructions about how to get in were very clear and helpful. Giuseppe sent us lots of great recommendations for places to eat etc during our stay.

Nothing, will definitely stay here again!
