Host very kindly provided pastries including gluten free for breakfast. Central location on a quiet side road. Good for restaurants, cafes and bars. Lovely to be so near to historic places of interest, especially the amphitheatre next door.

An extra chair rather than sitting on the bed would have been good but the room was probably a bit too small. Room 1 was on the main thoroughfare between the entrance/kitchen and the other rooms so was a little noisy late at night.

Great location close to all attractions. Easy to find parking. Nice small kitchen. Big comfortable bed. Complementary coffee, tea, juice and snacks. Responsive host.

Very noisy (traffic), you hear it loudly even with closed window. Hard to sleep if you’re a light sleeper. Air conditioner made noises during the night (while turned off), bust host said it would be fixed in the future.

- Balcony window cannot open - Thin door/wall, so that we can hear some noise from other rooms - Cold at night without AC. Not enough blanket at first night (Blanket delivered quickly after the reguest)

Antonio, the owner, has been very kind and available to answer quickly every question and provide suggestions about the city. He brings every morning fresh pastry for the breakfast, which is really added value. the building is very well located in the center of the city, 5 minutes walking to S. Agata church. Our room was clean and confortable, also the furniture is new and selected with good taste which makes the stay more pleasant. We appreciated the breakfast options and the possibility to use the shared kitchen (there are 3 rooms, so you can perfectly have a private breakfast). Air conditioning is working perfectly during the warm Sicilian days. We would definitely recommend and repeat the experience.

Excellent place. Beautiful,clean, well kept, very nicely decorated . AC really efficient. Antonio, the host, is very available. The situation is very central, close to the fish market, restaurants, places of interest and piazza Borsellino where you can easily take a bus to anywhere. Concerning breakfast a lot is available but everything is sweet. If you prefer your breakfast salty as I do, you can buy what you want in the groceries nearby and store it in the fridge in the kitchen. I definitely recommand this place.

Localization is central and calm, very near to the best places in Catania, the host Antonio is very friendly and helpful person who reacted very fast for our requests and questions, the room and bathroom is very cosy, clean and very well equiped with everything is needed during staying, room has very comfortable bed;

Exactly what you need for relaxing, sleep and self catering breakfast. Easy communication and really helpful host. Walking distance from many attractions, cosy streets and bars and bus stops.

Everything looks exactly the same as on the pictures, very spacious room. It’s like you have a relative in Catania and they give you a room to stay - very warm atmosphere. Owner is amazingly helpful and was kind enough to welcome us and help us navigate to the property. Toilet is just perfect - has everything you need.

It’s more of a personal preference but i like my breakfast to be salty and not sweet.

Great location, 2min walk to restaurants and 5min walk to the main center with shops. The beach is a 25min walk away, but nice to pop into cafes etc along the route. The place was like a self contained apartment and breakfast was ready when you wanted it.

The location is right in the center and close to all sights. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. They look even better than in the picture, with large windows. Everything was clean and welcoming. The common kitchen where we had breakfast was also very useful. Everything was perfect! Would definitely book again.
