Absolutely everything! This was by far the most beautiful and unforgettable experience we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and professional staff, who made us feel at home right away. Their hospitality and attention to detail were simply exceptional. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and elegantly decorated, with a perfect balance of comfort and style. Every corner of the interior was thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property. The service was top-notch – always available, yet discreet. We felt truly cared for at every moment of our stay. The pool area was stunning, clean, and incredibly peaceful – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sun. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh, flavorful options to choose from. Every meal was a delight, both in taste and presentation. Cleanliness was on the highest level – everything was immaculate, from the rooms to the common areas. You could truly feel the care and effort put into maintaining the entire property. In short, this was a dream stay. We've never experienced anything quite like it. Every detail was flawless, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect escape!

Nice location, with a nice little garden, quiet, nice little pool to relax. Rooms are in independedt littles houses (3 rooms per house). Good Breakfast.

A little old fashion structure, even very well mantained. The sorrounding buildings and village are "so so" but typical for Sicily, unfortunately it is not fault of the structure and nothing that the structure can do about. It's a pity, the structure is nice and should deserve a better surrounding.

Room, hygiene, breakfast and certainly personnel deserve a 10! We liked the breakfast served at the table (more than enough variety). The town of Gaggi is not worth a visit,, but the location of the resort is very well suited for excursions (Taormina, Etna, Giardini Naxos etc.)

The resort management can't help it, but the loud music from a nearby sports field in the evening and the barking dogs at night are sometimes a bit of a nuisance. Just keep the windows closed and the airco on! (The latter is extremely quiet, by the way!)

The whole stay has been amazing! We arrived and everyone has been super kind, welcoming and felt really on holiday! The room was beautiful! The breakfast amazing! The whole accommodation is been so relaxing!! Can only recommend it Great!! Thank you

This is a SPLENDID place to spend a holiday. The breakfast 'a la carte' was the best of Sicily & the dinner was equally superb. We want to mention PINA, the nicest and most efficient waitress we have ever met. We were sad to leave and advice everyone travelling in the vicinity of Etna to spend a few days there!

The reclining seats around the pool are old and not comfortable! I would advice you to buy new ones, because it's such a great play to stay!

Lovely once inside the complex. Pool area and restaurant lovely. Good facilities including like extras like tissues in the room. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed our evening meal and superb breakfast provided.

Top service. Great location, not far from Taorimina. Very quiet and private space where people can really relax. Breakfast is fantastic, fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as local bread and cakes

The grounds were immaculate spotlessly clean and well kept.The rooms were comfortable and clean and everything worked. Very quiet a good place to charge ones batteries.

The facilities were limited, beside the lovely pools, there was little else.The bar closed at 7.00pm and the advertised restaurant was no longer operational.

The pool and pool deck were very nice. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing ambience. The gardens are very well kept. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very poor WiFi connection.

Breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. Excellent service from Mariella and Pina, they went above and beyond and were friendly and helpful. We had the eggs and bacon and fruit and yoghurt which were delicious.
