The location of the hotel was very good, only 20 minutes drive from Gole di Alcantara and 25 minutes drive to Taormina. The feel of the property is very relaxing, with landscaped gardens and swimming pool to cool off with a nice pool bar serving snacks all day. The peacocks roaming around the property added to the laid back atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the Sicilian government is building an electric train station close by which can be seen from the pool area, however works are not noisy at all and did not disturb us. The hotel has no control over this and it should not stop guests from booking here. Once finished it will make the hotel even more accessible to clients who do not wish to drive.

Staff was friendly. Swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. Pricing was ok.

No air condition / cooling for sport facilities; no daily cleaning; no organized breakfast (just pick and pay); table tennis rackets were beyond wear and tear. A lot of noise during the day from the works in the neighborhood.

Hidden gem close to Taormina. We stayed for 5 nights, were very happy about our stay. The property is even better in person than in the pictures. The staff is extremely nice, the rooms were clean and the property was very peaceful. Very calm space, with a lot of plants, lemon and orange trees, beautiful pool and perfect view of Etna. By the rating on Booking.com, the location is not very well rated - that's why I was surprised because it was perfect for us. If you are visiting west and south of the island, it is perfect location.

Everything was gorgeous!! It definitely was better than I imagined it would be! Kids had a blast and loved the pool!

The only downside was having to pay extra if we wanted room cleaning and towels. We weren’t advised of this so I only found out after a couple of days of noticing our room hadn’t been tended to or towels replenished and had to call reception to ask why. It would have been nice if this was communicated so we were aware.

Loud construction site next door for a major train station next 10 years

A great place for family vacation. Spacious room, big terrace, many attractions for kids. The view of Etna from our balcony was incredible. Supportive staff who made our stay great!

The room was very spacious and tidy, with two comfy air conditioned bedrooms for us and our one year old. The facilities were lovely, with a bar serving delicious snacks and refreshing cocktails near the pool. All the staff were charming and helpful, always happy to chat with us all.

It was a bit expensive when considering that many services are not included during the stay. Having said that, everything was written down in the terms and conditions. We had no surprises.

The location is very centrally placed for exploring the area a car is essential, the parking is right next to your apartment. The facilities were everything we expected from the photos and pool bar was great for drinks and snacks. The apartment was spotless, yes the kitchen was basic but had most things you need if you’re eating out every night as we did. A/C was great, beds comfy the only downside was one small sofa inside we could have done with somewhere comfy for us all to sit. Outside furniture on a lovely patio area.

Take bug spray it’s essential if your sitting out in the evenings

The object is really big and pleasantly arranged. There was a swimming pool (we also saw jacuzzi, but it was closed), a huge garden with a mini zoo and citrus trees, bar and a restaurant. Beautiful views all around, unfortunately due to cloud cover, during our stay, Etna was not visible.

The kitchenette is equipped only with kitchen appliances. When we arrived, we hoped for tea or coffee, but it was not in the assortment, which surprised us. Even in the cheapest hostels we've been to, there was an option to make ourselves a hot drink. In the evenings there was a shortage of hot water in the showers - we suspect that there is a very small boiler. We had to wait a long time for the water to warm up. In addition, we were surprised by the requirement in the regulations to clean up after ourselves. We always leave tidy after ourselves, but here was a requirement to wash the dishes, take out the trash, etc. Does this mean that the dishes are no longer washed later by the staff? This is entrusted to previous guests?

Lovely location, fantastic views of mount etna. The staff were friendly and went that extra mile to make our stay special. Beautiful pool area and gardens. Free roaming peacocks. Are a few times in the restaurant which was great too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t think of anything negative to say
