What a lovely and relaxing stay! I had a great time here. My room was upgraded and I had a terrace which was spacious and had a lounger and table set. The grounds were so peaceful and quiet and a beautiful place to unwind. The pool was great and the seats around it perfect for sunbathing. The thermal pool was relaxing! The staff were all so friendly and helpful with suggestions and even giving me tips for other places I was visiting later in my journey. Very close to the port and restaurants etc. Air con worked well in the room and a fridge and the bathroom was clean. Couldn't ask for more!

Perfect location, close to city center and ferry. Beautiful garden, very nice rooms. Rooms 214-216 are incredible, with large terrace and incredible view. Breakfast in the garden are the best moment of the day. Correct coffe machine, and fantastic homemade pastries. Homemade orange jam, fruits. Incredible tasty breakfast and this hotel is perfect to relax. We had to eat one more skice of cake and took ine more capuccino to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden. Staff is friendly, very helpful.

The staff were great and the breakfast was amazing with lots of choices for food, juices and cappuccino/ latte machine. The pool had a great view and the hot tub was very relaxing. They gave us a coupon and directions to a day spa. One of the staff was an excellent ping pong player and I had some fun matches with him.

WiFi in our room didn’t work but it worked great in the public areas. We had a great patio so we just stayed there anyway.

The kindness of staff this hotel is a family run hotel a peaceful and beautiful garden where is located a wide swimming pool and a thermal bath as well a picturesque view from the terrace lovely breakfast with many choices top choices the hand made cakes exquisite food for lunch extra quiet location but very near 2 minutes to bus stop for visiting the island and very near to via Colonna and via Roma the heart of Ischia and shopping restaurants beaches in between the most famous in Ischia

We had a wonderful stay in this picturesque family hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great with homemade pastries. You should definately try their thermal pools and sunbathe in the terrace looking at the marvelous garden around the hotel. The room was cozy and clean. Would definetely recommend and stay again.

Centrally located Basic furniture but all you need is available Nice swimming pool in a pleasant garden

Breakfast could be improved (industrial juices, coffee through vending machines...) but at least pastries are home made

The hotel is EXTREMELY CLEAN. The rooms are basic, but they match the price paid. I found fresh towels every day, shower gel and shampoo, and the hairdryer. The location is excellent, even for solo travellers who are not willing to rent a car or a scooter. The breakfast is a real treat, with both sweet and savoury options and homemade cakes! I want to thank the staff for being very nice and helpful :)

Just a small consideration: there are no mosquito nets. I would suggest providing antimosquito solutions, like a simple spray or the plug-in. It would be a small and cheap addition but very handy!!

Me and my daughter loved our short stay. We had everything we needed. Room was clean, everything worked well. Our Aircon got a little leak and it was looked into straight away and fixed. Pool and lovely garden around are well maintained. Plenty of loungers and seats around. We even tried to play the ping-pong they have there. Hotel is in walking distance to the port, lovely beaches, restaurants, supermarket and night shopping. Our room was quiet at night (unusual to find in Italy:-) And great to have working fridge in the room! The staff was very helpful - prior to our arrival they gave us advice on the latest boat trips if our plane would be delayed. They also tried to accommodate my daughter's food allergies and brought some extra local fruit for her, which was lovely. We could easily communicate in English if we needed anything, but next time we will try to learn more Italian! Thank you for giving us a lovely holiday. I hope we will be able to come back soon!

Friendly staff and a great location. Small but pleasant swimming pool and a really nice thermal heated hot bath.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room, but beyond that everything was fine and the stair represented good value for money in a friendly atmosphere.
