Standard rooms are not very large Some tweaks to the furniture may help remodernise the feel of the rooms Quality of coffee can be improved The supposedly associated beach club businesses that are located literally steps away from the hotel are not super keen to prioritise the hotel guests. Every day of our stay, we struggled to find parasol and sunbeds on the nearby ⛱️ despite the very high prices. So maybe the hotel owners could look into this to make these particular deals a bit more effective.

beautiful hotel surrounded by jasmine which made the place smell wonderful. staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. room was side view to beach and overlooking the pool with a small balcony. Hot and non heated pools. Room was clean, very efficient housekeeping. Bed was very comfortable, did my sore back wonders. little fridge too so able to keep drinks cold. right beside the beach which has cafes and loungers to rent. Easy walking distance to town, Ischia Porto. walkable from ferry too. lots of shops and restaurants around. never had a bad meal in the Island. Spa was a plus, e10 for 2 hours of sauna and hot pools with lounge and drinks. bus ride to Castiglione resort which I would recommend to soak aches and pain away.

the shower was fine, what I didn't notice was the shower door was not over the bath and wet the bathroom floor, need a better design.

Nice family hotel. The sea view is incredible. The staff on the reception is very friendly and supportive. Breakfast is good. The hotel is located near the sea, near the city and restaurants and 15 min walk from ferry.

It would be great to update the bed with a softer mattress. The bed is not comfortable. Extra fees for sauna

Location was amazing right on the beach and not too far from the port area. Balcony and view were fantastic. On clear days we could see Vesuvius. Breakfast was huge with lots of options. Champagne, coffee, fresh made cappuccino with all the pastries, fruit, eggs, meats and cheeses. Lots of storage in the room with a safe. Nice lobby and pool deck area. Several restaurants nearby as well as shopping. Staff was very helpful.

The room is very small. We had a queen and two bunk beds and it was very tight. Without the storage space to keep our things out of the way we would not have been able to move. Hotel seems dated. The bunk bed was not in the best shape. The linens seemed to be very old and the lighting (especially in the bathroom) was not great. But we were not in our room much except to sleep and we enjoyed our stay.

it was a great location close to the shops and a great bar by the church the staff were lovely and very helpful

the beds were so hard and the pillows were like a slab of concrete very hard to get comfortable

Location and the pools were great. Also - direct access to the beach

The only thing was lack of proper sun shading in the room. I need to sleep in complete darkness, so I was waking up in the morning

Property is situated in the perfect location. Max 10 minute walk from the docks, and a lovely walk through the beautiful town. You are on top of the beach, which is perfect for being able to just run down for a quick swim! This was the best air conditioning I’ve ever experienced, and in the Italian summer heat, it sure is welcome. The best thing about this property, however, was the lovely staff who were so kind and helpful. This was also the best breakfast spread I have ever seen at a hotel that serves the standard continental!

Good location, right on the beach, good pool. Staff on the main desk extremely friendly and helpful with information and booking restaurants. Made us feel happy and comfortable to be staying at your Hotel. Staff I at breakfast were also great. Our room was very clean. Breakfast delicious with great variety of food.

There was nothing I did not like about this Hotel. Would highly recommend.

Really charming little hotel in an excellent location. On the beach and a short walk to the port and the bus station. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a very good buffet with loads of choice and amazing coffee. Our room 225 was a good size and had a lovely view. Air conditioning unit was super efficient. We had 8 enjoyable days here.

Some of the room fittings were a little worn. Doors that didn't quite close, for instance. The shower over the bath needed replacing with something a bit more up to date. Despite our best efforts, the shower flooded the floor on several occasions and had been doing so for some time judging by the surrounding woodwork. Being told that you had to wear a swimming hat to use the pool even though some people didn't? There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Was close to the sea and the pool was nice , and even tho it was small it was great . Hotel is Close to the beach. At the pool Chairs were always available. The Room was really good and spacious and I had a bath brilliant !! That’s a plus. Safe place for a solo traveller. The Breakfast was super fabulous. Very good choice. They made me a takeaway as I had an early morning ferry . Was Close to the port to walk and close to all shops and many restaurants. They Didn’t have its own dinner service restaurant , but lunch was very good. I Used the day spa which was ok. Thermal pools etc underneath were good. The lady was lovely thomprobably not five star. I did Like the Quiet rooms at night. The Bed was cosy. Room Cleaning was done daily. The Pool was busy with kids and noisy -but you can’t help that. It closed at 8.00 so it was quiet. Beach chairs were good for a price , but Indidnt use them. I used the pool. And the port had lots of boat trips to book and easy access , and the local community bus trip around the 6 towns was close to walk to , and was fabulous

The Pool was small but was all good and really was ok. Restaurant not open for dinner as I said but there were places all around to go to.
