Friendly hotel in a great location, right on the beach & there are plenty of bars where you can rent sun loungers for the day, as we were early season & we had lunch there they didn't charge for the loungers. Very close to the town for restaurants in the evening too. Beds are a little hard but we slept well, sunny balcony lots of hot water, all good.

Breakfast was a bit hit & miss as others have said, but we got breakfast both days & coffees, so all good, wouldn't put me off recommending the hotel. The view from the Terrace over the sea as you have breakfast is amazing.

Beach was very close, too bad they don't have a private one to their own. Breakfast was good but they need a menu with what you can choose. Location is perfect.

At breakfast would be nice if at least for water and juice you can serve yourself. Related to the beach it would be nice if they have some card to be able to use the back entrance, otherwise you need to get around multiple buildings. We booked a more expensive room but they changed it with a low price one, because we forgot to add our child (1 year old) to the reservation even if she slept with us. This thing was not communicated at all by the staff. Our room was occupied before we arrived to the hotel, we know that because our terrace was close to the room were we should be hosted and saw that someone was there. The seif was broken.

Location was great, rooms were quiet, access to affiliated beach club was excellent

Breakfast. Having to ask for what you wanted was a pain. It was extremely slow and often the order was 60% wrong.

We visited Ischia for a day trip and it was so beautiful we didn't want to leave. We booked the hotel last minute because we could see is from the beach! The staff was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. You have to be buzzed in to the hotel at all times so it is incredibly safe. They truly have thought of everything to give you the best stay possible. Take all of their restaurant recommendations, thermal baths, etc.

Signage on where to enter for the first time- we eventually just pressed the buzzer by the beach. Maybe include it in check in details?

Location, close to the sea and the city center, many restaurants and shops . Very clean rooms, very friendly stuff, and an excellent breakfast on the terrace👍

The location is very good, easy access to the beach and in the center. I really liked the patio. The room is average size.

The smell in the bathroom and the noisy guests. The walls are thin.. we were lucky that the party-goers slept around 11 pm.. otherwise…

Clean and modern hotel, right in the city near to shops and restaurants. On the beach. Nice beds, perfect staff.

Breakfast terrace is marvelous, unfortunatelly we used it only once becouse breakfast are week. I hate you cannot self service. Really.
