Good location of the hotel. Nearby bus stop, very easy to get to Faro, buses run until late at night. Not far from the Poseidon Gardens and Cesara Beach. There are navetas that take you to and from the beach. The staff is polite. I recommend massage sessions, I enjoyed it very much. The room had a gorgeous view of the sea, from the balcony you could watch the sunset. Good breakfasts.

My room was near the elevator, so you can hear when people take it. And for breakfast it would be nice to have not the same things. But it's not so important. For sure I'll come back to this hotel.

We loved the large thermal pool and our view of the ocean! The room patios are a good size, breakfast was generous and we appreciated the shuttle service. The staff was very kind as our ferry changed plans on us and they were very helpful to get us to where we needed to be. Thank you!

The bed was hard and we wished the pool was open past 7pm.

Great pools. Terrific location. Loved the spacious room with the balcony overlooking the sea. Staff was very helpful, including trays to take breakfast and dinner to the room while recovering from an operation. Delicious food!

It was a really big complex and there wasn’t a shortage of what to do, with 5 pools we could easily pass time. Every pool was in a way different, for example the main pool was a warm temperature, the wormhole pool was hot and the clear water pool was cold. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the beach was 20 minutes away.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful and accommodating. They helped me surprise my friend for her birthday with bubbles and fresh fruit on arrival as well as a birthday cake at breakfast and even played ‘happy birthday’ over the speaker in the dining room. The staff helped us book a scooter through them too. Our room had the sea view and it was beautiful sitting out on the balcony for sunset. They also recommended a restaurant and helped us make a booking. :-)

Everything was very good, location, staff and the view. The thermal pools are so relaxing.

Food for Breakfast should be more variety, very limited options.

The first impression of the hotel is a little disappointing, as I compared it with other four-star hotels in the area that I visited in previous years. The lounge area is primitive and not very cozy. I booked a standard room for 30 days, and according to the description, my room should have been on the ground floor with a view of the wall, without a refrigerator. Imagine my surprise when my mother and I were shown to a room on the second floor with a nice terrace overlooking the garden and a refrigerator! Many thanks to the hotel management for such a pleasant upgrade: we really liked the room, although there were a couple of inconveniences: there was no clothes dryer and there were not enough hangers for our clothes in the closet, especially the clips for trousers. To the credit of the hotel, all our requests were met within a couple of hours, an employee came and pulled a clothesline, plus additional clothes hangers were brought to our room. At the time of booking, I wrote that I was coming with my 80-year-old mother, and a comfortable bed was a necessity. Again, thanks to the hotel for the great, comfortable brand-new mattresses and pillows, which were beyond praise! Another positive aspect is cleaning. Our room was cleaned by a very sweet, friendly woman with a stunningly radiant smile, always kind and attentive. I was able to talk to her even with my limited Italian and her zero English, this maid is just a miracle! The cleaning was at a high level, there were always snow-white fluffy towels and a change of bed linen every three days.

Regarding food: we booked bed and breakfast, but the hotel is aimed at guests staying on half and full board. It is very unpleasant that the restaurant is located at minus one level. So, there is no way to enjoy breakfast outdoors, which is a huge disadvantage. The breakfast itself is varied, there is sausage, cheese, omelette, boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, sweet peppers, ricotta, yogurt, cereals, several types of bread that can be dried in a toaster, croissants, both Ischia-style and classic, cream cakes, muffins, shortbread cakes, pancakes, fruit, melon and so on. It would seem that the choice is huge, but all the products are of such quality that you start to doubt: am I in Italy? After all, Italy has the most delicious food in the world, but the hotel apparently buys the most inexpensive, medium-quality products. Another thing that disappointed me was the shuttle to the Gardens of Poseidon and back. The fact is that the Gardens of Poseidon open at 9 a.m., and the first shuttle goes at 9:20 a.m., that is, the first half an hour, the most divine, is lost by the Poseidon visitor. The shuttle back, the last one, picks up the hotel guests at 18:25, and Poseidon works until seven, but you still need to change clothes and walk to the bus stop, that is, you have to leave the pools at 18:00, again losing the most beautiful golden hour. And now the main thing is the pools. They look beautiful, but the smell of disinfectant is clearly felt, it may be added to the water, because the pools are not drained every day, but simply cleaned with a mop. Well, after we had stayed there for a month, and after my words of thanks for the hospitality, we were not even asked how we would get to the port, whether we needed help with the transfer? By the way, the shuttle-bus was in the parking lot at 10 a.m., and they could have dropped us off to Forio Porto, but this is probably a different level of attitude towards guests. Just Arrivederci, and that's it.

Rooms were clean and staff was kind and willing to help. The gardens with the different pools are very nice.

Rooms and bathrooms are clean, but a bit old. Shuttle rides to and from the beach and to and from Forio should be increased.
