We had an amazing breakfast with a perfect combination of fruits and homemade pastries :). The location is wonderful, situated up the hill yet close to the center (note that car access is necessary). Parking is super easy and always available, right in front of the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing great advice for our visit to the Cinque Terre. They speak several languages. You wake up to the sound of birds singing—truly a great place to relax and disconnect.

Maybe more sockets in the room ?. If you update a bit the bed quilt set would bring more light to the room .

The hotel is located on the hill, about 10 minutes drive from La Spezia and offers free on-site parking, which was - as I was traveling by car - an important factor. I've been traveling for about 30 years, and I have never met hotel staff being so kind, helpful and efficient as in this hotel. One night there was a soccer game in La Spezia, which I was not aware of, and all the restaurants in the town and close by were booked, even food delivery was extremely slow (about 1,5-2 hours waiting time). When it seemed that I will be left with no dinner that evening, the lady at the reception went above and beyond to help me find a place to eat, and she even offered to share her own dinner with me!!!!! 😍

There is nothing to complain about. Only some tiny, unimportant details: I got the last available room, a room for 3. The interior is very simply, a little outdated, the bathroom is tiny, cramped (hard to imagine 3 people sharing), but the bed is comfortable, and to me that's what matters. The room has a large, sunny terrace that is shared with the gust of the other rooms. Breakfast is good, although it would be nice to see some other options than the usual sweet Italian breakfast, e.g. some fresh greens (tomato, lettuce, etc.), scrambled eggs, etc.

Very friendly and helpful staff. From the very beginning, we were informed at the reception with all the necessary information regarding visiting the Cinque Terre villages. They also recommended us to visit Porto Venere, which otherwise we would not have visited and it was wonderful. They advised us where to park the car in La Spezia to be close to the port and the train station. The hotel had a really rich, tasty and varied breakfast. The room and all areas of the hotel were very clean. Fresh towels were also changed in our room every day.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was not so great for visiting the local town, but was well-placed for getting back on the main route towards Genoa easily at the end of the stay and the latter was important to me on this occasion. Parking arrangements were convenient, as was the 24-hour access to the hotel. The breakfast was good, especially the home-made pastries and brioche. The room was quiet and had a pleasant view and the hotel had a quiet, green location. The free wifi worked well. The price was not expensive so I consider it was good value for money.

The room was quite small and the bed also small and a slightly hard for my taste, but I didn't expect a huge room for the price I paid and I got to sleep ok. If you want to look at la Spezia, it is a little bit out of the way from the town (don't expect to just walk in), but it didn't matter too much to me (I did drive in though, to have a look at it).

Room was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety. The cappucIno was excellent (from Dr coffee machine). The front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable.

You need to take a cab or local bus to get to the train station.

Rich breakfast with plenty of options for different diets. The place is quiet and close to 5 terre and to reach by the local train or by car easily. Room was cleaned and with all the necessary furniture and space.

Breakfast was good, room was small but good value for money. Location was great as we could take local bus to the train station and to the port and go to Cinque Terre daily.

Add more vegetable options at the breakfast like spinach crossant etc

Very confortable and quiet which was important to us . It’s proximity to town and the availability of public transport steps from the hotel were a big plus. The front desk staff especially Silvia, were exceptional.

The staff are absolutely amazing told us everything we needed to know where to go and how to get there the most affordable and easiest way. The location is get only 30 minutes from Porto venere and 9 min drive from the train station. The parking is great, breakfast was great we had a awesome experience would highly recommend it.

Nothing is was perfect in our eyes

Staff is very friendly and overall full of valuable advice. Exceptional self-service-all-you-can-eat breakfast. I would re-visit the hotel for going to the Cinque Terre even though I was not really aware that, despite the location says La Spezia, the hotel's location is not near the centre at all, and up in hilly side (... for good and for bad).

Bathroom (shower) is very small.
