Lovely room with beautiful scenery (I had the Mountain View). Very modern and clean and the man that showed me around (the owner I think) was really nice. I also had sole use of the terrace which was directly opposite of my room and there is a swimming pool and sun loungers/sitting area just outside the property next door which you can use. It’s about 30mins walk to the main train station with connections to cinque terre which wasn’t too bad.

I did read the reviews about the property being out of the way a bit. It is, I won’t lie and there isn’t much around the area the nearest bar was about 10-15mins walk and the nearest shop that was open about 20-25min walk. It’s quite a steep hill/steps but it’s to be expected given the views! I couldn’t fault the room though had everything I needed, except coffee 😂

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The traditional sweet breakfast was an optional extra with our stay - 10/10. The pool and garden felt like a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of the town.

We had some access issues as our room was on the lower ground set away from the main eating/pool area - but manageable. You will need to budget for taxis or your own transport to get from the property to the town/sites/ports for day trips etc.

Owners were a delight to deal with, friendly and very helpful. Room was lovely, comfortable, clean and pool area great. Great communication and helpful. Would recommend.

Place is up a large hill so transport is necessary, other than this was great.

This was a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately we had terrible weather so we couldn’t make the most of the views, terrace and pool which were all great. Room comfortable and a good size, lovely big balcony with nice views.

Not recommended without a car. It is a very long walk from the centre of town. There is a good bus service from the bottom of the hill, the 24 bus seems to go twice a day from outside the hotel. Getting taxis was often very difficult.

We stayed for 6 weeks we loved the place so much! Firstly the owner is the most gorgeous, friendly, generous lady you will ever meet! The apartment has stunning views and is beautifully decorated. We absolutely loved our stay here!

The room was beautiful and clean ! We unfortunately didn’t have much time to take in the pool . The pool was really a beautiful spot to soak up the sun and look over the city and mediterranean ! We hope to visit again.
