The apartment was big, modern and clean. The host was super nice and always available. Big parking, closed and safe. 30 mins walking to the downtown. Park with garden 2 mins away from the apartment, perfect for dogs, illuminated in the night. The breakfast was great, lot of variety, despite of the old comments, I think the breakfast now has a lot of variety and quantity, nice place for the breakfast

The A/C was only in the main bedroom so it was a little bit hot in the other rooms

The apartment is very comfort. Everything was as described. Very clean, very nice decorated. The flat has very good atmosphere. WE spent there only one night as a brake in our very long drive but it was very pleasant. The stuff is very kind. Interesting atmosphere for breakfast and I would recommend this place.

Garage in not enough height(less than 210 cm) so if you have anything on the roof of your car it would not be possible to enter to garage but there are many places around.

Apartments were exceptionally large. Very well equipped had a wonderful stay. Giacomo as a host was very helpful always providing guidance to around cinq terre or LA spezia. I had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is still under construction and is a little remote. However, this added to the charm of the place. The staff were friendly. The apartment very very spacious and clean. We were warm and comfortable. Our room did face the train tracks and trains did go by. We enjoyed watching them from the balcony. Breakfast is basic. We walked into the local village and had the most authentic pizza experience we will ever have. The 2 brother who own the place went above an beyond to welcome us - Pizzeria Capolinea. This hotel is good if you have transport with plenty of parking. Public transport is a bit more complicated and a bit far to walk. We took a taxi. Convenient for the Cinque Terra region.

Giacomo was an incredible host!! Tons of great advice and so personable! The rooms were very comfortable but a little used. Breakfast was very good as well.

The garage is not paved or a poured concrete and thus, white dust spreads all throughout the building and even into the rooms. A suggestion would be to have that paved in the future.

The staff allowed us to do an early check in on order to drop our bags. Thank you very much for that. Since we would be leaving before breakfast on the next day, they packed us a simple bag with food. Again, thank you very much! Good WiFi. Its a simple 20min walk to the train station. If you have a car, parking spot is available on the residence.

You can hear the trains really clearly, but that didnt botter me that much.

Booked knowibg location is not near train station to go Cinque Terre. Short cab ride but no taxi at night. Walk about 25 min back to hotel

The apartment was excellent, spacious, well equipped and warm, as it was 7 C outside. The lady and his son who take care of the property are friendly and very helpful. They reacted immediately to any request. The parking was secure and safe.

The complex itself is not in a nice looking neighborhood, where I did not feel comfortable going back in the dark, but it's quite close to the station and the center of the town - about 1.8 km.

Ni large and very clean apartment, air conditioned. Very nice breakfast included. Nice people and easy to do the check in. Free, secure parking included.

Bedroom matresses can be improved as they are kind od cheap stuff so not very comfortable. Location is a bit far and a bit tricky to arrive but nothing major

We liked everything about the Apartments. located within walking distance from the station and the Restaurants too. Breakfast was good, the hosts took very good care of us. It was late when we reached the accommodation and still we didn;t have to wait at all to get in. Also, we were given 2 parking slots and even allowed to park it for few hours after we checked out. We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation or a host
