Absolutely everything. The property was beautifully and sympathetically restored and decorated. The staff were just a delight to interact with, provided us with great dinner recommendations and made bookings for us. The breakfast food and room decore was outstanding. Easily the best I’ve experienced not only on our Italy adventure but in all my and my mothers years of travel. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the thought the staff had put into putting us in the room closest to the breakfast room (without stairs) to help my 80 year old mother easily navigate to and from the room.

The staff is very friendly, we had everything we needed, the location is great, breakfast is nice, rooms are clean, and everything is very well organised. We received a welcome gift and a local wine, which was very nice. The rooms are quiet and cold, which is awesome when there are over 30 degrees outside. For breakfast, there are multiple options for egg preparation, and the day we were there, they had a nice warm pastry for the dessert :)

There could be some vegetables for the breakfast and some jamm/sauce for the pancakes. Other than that it was all great!

The property was simply fantastic. A wonderful old stone building beautifully and tastefully decorated. Everything about the place was calm and pleasant. It’s also pretty well located to explore the rest of Lecce The hotel staff were simply exceptional. They were kind; friendly; smiley; and happy. They were very engaging and helpful, and remembered who we were; where we were heading for the day - and would chat about it when we got back. Nothing was too much trouble for them I wished we’d stayed longer but 4 days in Lecce was enough

We spent 3 nights in Lecce at Palazzo Sant’ Anna and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia. From the start, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. We had trouble finding our way at first and called the hotel hoping to just get directions and instead they quickly arrived by car to guide us. Once we got our bearings we were able to park easily outside the Porta Rudiae, just a 5 minute walk to the palazzo, very convenient. The breakfasts were superb with an assortment of savory and sweet offerings, all home made. When I asked for gluten free bread (I have celiac), the next morning, the most delicious fresh GF bread appeared along with a delicious savory tart as well as a sweet coconut cake. What a treat! Last but not least, the beautiful design off the Palazzo itself. Every single little detail is thoughtfully considered and feels luxe yet cozy, like being a guest in the home of a creative friend with great taste. On our last day, we were lucky to meet the owner and designer Beatrice, who created this exceptional place. We hope to return to Lecce and the Palazzo sometime soon!

Loved absolutely everything!

The property was in a great location in the beautiful city of Lecce. The hotel is charming and well kept. We received an upgrade since we were staying for a week. The furnishings and linens were lovely and the breakfasts were divine . They provided gluten free options for me that were delicious. The staff is really what made this hotel so special, they were all so kind and helpful and made our stay superb.

This is a place of history and will remarks a beautiful memory on each soul who visit . A soulful place built by heart. The atmosphere and energy are amazing , and true, even the walls here , have a heart. Came on mid May 2024, as a group of friends of 3 , during the soft opening period I think as they are just open recently if I am not mistaken. The Spa, Library and Cinema Room still on renovation but Beatrice , the founder n owner of this place gave me a sneak preview and also took a little tour on each room who have their own designs and uniqueness. We also had a woman to woman chat on motherhood. So beautiful. Will be come back for sure not only to try the facilities, but also for making another remarkable memories and stay longer off course. All the staffs , Matteo, Maya and teams also welcome us as if we are part of their family too and customised our need. Best of the best accomodation that we choose from this early summer trip . The Palazzo is really a fabulous place, really spacious and magical at night with the light in the courtyard. The team is lovely, special shout-out to Matteo and Alessandro for their help and advice regarding restaurant/bars etc. Lovely breakfast with local product and large variety of sweet/salty product. Unfortunately the pool/sauna is still work in progress but after showing me the area it looked very promising! The location is also a plus, within 5min walking distance to the Duomo Plazza.

A very warm welcome by the staff who could not do enough to look after our family. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and the breakfast was excellent. It was great for families as our room had a third bed on a mezzanine. The location was very close to the centre of Lecce with all the bars and restaurants a short stroll away. And they took our car away and brought it back whenever we wanted to use it. A perfect stay.

This is an exceptional hotel. We stayed for four nights and everything was done to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Thank you to the staff for all their help. This is a great place to stay if you have dietary restrictions as they provided a full gluten free breakfast buffet for me including pies and cakes! The rooms are exactly as portrayed and the bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel
