We spent a night here as a couple with our dog and were very satisfied. We arrived by car, but the gate was closed, you have to ring the bell beforehand and then it will be opened. Room was great, large property around the house and very friendly service. English skills were good, you may need a Google translator. There were no problems with the dog and no extra costs involved regarding the dog. Breakfast was very good, we were well looked after. Definitely recommended! There is a tourist tax, which we paid in cash, one night = 1€ per person.

Villa Preziosa was a cute and comfortable B&B in Lesa. The owner, Giuseppe was very nice and gave good recommendations on what to do in the area. The rooms were quiet with good views of the fog-covered mountains. There was a shared kitchen so it was nice to be able to cook. Next door is a supermarket so that was convenient. The train station is a few minutes walk away and the train takes you to nearby towns such Arona and Stresa.

Breakfast could be more varied. It would be nice to have some cooked food such as eggs.

It is super confortable, you have a huge parking, safe, renovated, clean and you have everything you need. The owner Giuseppe was amazing super nice and breakfast was excellent.There is also a huge supermarket next door and amazing kitchen with terrace that you can use if you want to cook or just keep some fresh drinks.

I thought there was direct access to the lake as there were some pictures of it. The lake is close but You cannot see it from the property.

Beautiful, well-maintained villa, good location, super accommodating staff. We stopped only for a night but would love to do a longer stay sometime. There's a supermarket right nextdoor so that adds to the convenience. Highly recommend.

No dishwashing liquid by the common eating area/sink for a quick washing up in case one ends up using the dishes for a quick meal.

Very nice and friendly owner. Flexibel with Check in due to electronic system for all doors. Nice kitchen where you can have a dinner for two if you don’t want to go to a restaurant. Good parking options.

The bed was a bit short for two large people. But still okay. The bathroom was a bit small as well. So if you are 1,90 high it is kind of a challenge ;)

We had a pleasant stay at this B&B, situated in a beautifully renovated villa. Despite the room's small size, it exuded a cozy and fully renovated ambiance, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The ample parking on the property was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the breakfast served here was outstanding, and the friendly lady overseeing it added a warm and welcoming touch to our stay.

The check-in process was rather impersonal, and we experienced a delay as we had to wait for the owner to open the property gate, temporarily blocking traffic on the busy road.

The inside of the property was superbly renovated, as if it was a hotel. Absolutely beautiful. The breakfast on the terrace was enjoyable. There is a supermarket next door that is really convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

There isn’t anything that we disliked. We found that Google Maps took us down a nearby side street rather than directly to the accommodation.

Breakfast was delicious, room was spotless, was a nice size, hosts were so very nice and it was right next to a small supermarket which was great for us.

The only small thing I will say is that there were not enough places to put our things, no extra shelf in the bathroom, for instance.

Room was small. Facilities in bathroom were poor. The hotel is located on the main road, so sometimes it is noisy. Note: Google maps takes you to the nearby supermarket. The entrance is via the main road.

Well renovated Villa. Cosy, nice, elegant. Good breakfast and excellent coffee. Parking place inside the location. 15minutes walk to the restaurants near the marina. Very nice owner. Free Wi-Fi. Still very nice place, do recommend for further visits.

Though we came for other purposes, TV channels were very limited and could be expanded. Still there was Netflix button for those who have subscription.
