The hotel is working hard to upgrade and on our first night the aircon control was not working... we were moved to a suite the next day. the scale, room size views, pool and terrace as well as lakeside space are all excellent. choice and quality of buffet for breakfast was very good .... fresh squeezed orange juice excellent and bread range fantastic .... great fruit too.... perfect setting dinner on terrace first night watching boats on the lake perfect way to decompress and relax .... far better than staying in Stresa and many excellent restaurants close by San Carlos in Arona on the hill, La Rampolina and Lo Stornello in Stresa very good as well.... would recommend for a short relaxing stay

It’s a beautiful hotel located close to Arona with a private beach. The swimming pool is beautiful. The room has a decent size and double glassed windows keep the room quiet from the main street.

I understand the house keepers need to do their work but talking and closing the storage rooms so loudly in front of the room with a sign “please do not disturb” is diabolic. It’s early in the morning and working with the minimum disturbance should be taken into consideration. Still, the hotel is worth a visit.

A beautiful and quiet spot on Lake Maggiore, ia bit isolated from the main towns, which is one of the reasons we chose it. A few minute walk to a bus stop, which we used to go to/from Stresa for the Borromean Islands daytrip. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant offered a very nice breakfast buffet and excellent dinner. The staff of the restaurant were delightful.

If you want to eat anywhere other than the hotel, a car, taxi, or the bus are realistically necessary. Taxis are very pricey, but the bus stop is so close, easy to use, and pleasant.

Very nice and modern rooms and beautiful bathrooms, the pool was very beautiful and the private beach was nice too, the flowers around the hotel were really nice, also the staff was very kind and helpful and the cocktails at the bar were also very good

On the private beach there are lots of boats so you can't really swim far, the breakfast was okay but there were no vegetables expect for tomatoes and it would have been nice to include some vegan yoghurt and milk options on the buffet, the restaurant was sadly not very good, we had gnocchis that were ok, but would have needed more salt and we had a tiramisu (8€) that was sadly not enjoyable at all because it was just dry cookies mascarpone and dark chocolate where they poured espresso over it didn't taste like tiramisu at all:( the interior at the reception was a little dated

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Villa Paradiso in Meina, Lago Maggiore, and I can't say enough good things about this charming hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality that set the tone for entire stay. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Lago Maggiore. Waking up to the serene beauty of the lake each morning was an experience like no other. The hotel's grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and a lovely pool area. Room was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, reflecting the elegance of the entire property. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Another highlights of the stay was the hotel's restaurant. The food was exquisite. Dining with a view of the lake was an added bonus that made each meal special. The staff at Hotel Villa Paradiso truly made the stay memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request we had. Overall, the stay at Hotel Villa Paradiso was nothing short of perfect. It's a little slice of paradise on Lago Maggiore, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway with stunning views, exceptional service, and delicious food, look no further than Hotel Villa Paradiso. Highly recommended!

This hotel is like a pearl, perfect view over the lake, swimming pool and the area around excellent and also nice to have a private beach. Staff helpful and everything very clean, both the lobby and the rooms. Shower was really good and food at the restaurant was really really good both the breakfast and the dinner, they had also a fresh orange juice and for our 12 days stay in Italy that was the only hotel who offered that for free. Bonus point for that.

Location a bit far from the Arona area, you are almost not able to walk there, and around the hotel were few restaurants open at the time we spent there, but the hotel had good food so that was alright. Overall perfect stay and we will recommend this hotel alot.

Facilities were great, rooms comfortable and staff very nice. Breakfast with a view was amazing!

While everything has been fully renovated the noise insulation was not great.

Beautiful accomplishment, tastefully & well designed refurbish of whole building, lovely pool & private beach , also very clean with beds towels wc, changing room.

Everything was great from the food and drinks, to the beautiful pool and lakefront beach area. The employees were excellent especially Liala for helping us with transportation from the train and to the airport, and Zela’s service the entire trip was over the top and showed that she really cares about her customers.
