Absolutely everything, amazing hotel !! The bedroom is great, super comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Really nice space outside to enjoy amazing views of the island. It is very well located, close to the port and walking distance to the beach. The staff is amazing !! Giulia helped with everything we needed and more, she was behind every detail, super profesional and sweet. The breakfast is delicious !! Really fresh products. Totally worth the stay and highly recommended for a few days in Panarea.

As you perhaps know already I have valued your hotel for a long time,!as well as your partner hotel “Cassisi” in Milazzo. You really made my stay on your wonderful island unforgettable. in my view your boutique hotel is the best one you could choose on Panarea at present. Each single member of the staff did her or his very best.That’s exceptional! I admire your style and conception of the building, the interior and the garden. Nowadays such a residence with all the assistance I’ve got in between people could hardly find elsewhere. the bedrooms are not that comfortable - value for money inexpected a bit more such as: duvet on the bed, night courtersy, complementary water, not sharing the balcony with other bedroom, black out courtins, original ortigia soap or cream in the bathroom instead of filling it with somethinng that is not ortigia

The room and location was super. The people were amazing.

Breakfast could have been better. Restaurant was always empty for lunch & dinner. Wifi worked only 40% of the time.

attention to detail. you can tell that the family who owns and runs the property has an incredible eye for detail. this is a boutique hotel in the best sense; and to be located on a volcanic island to boot! easily the best hotel in the island.

the only item I would change are the pillows and mattress which I would rate below average but perhaps there are climactic concerns that I’m unaware of.

Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. The masseuse here Was the best I have ever encountered. Kudos to the owners.

There was nothing that was a dislike.

Amazing setting, it was the end of season, and we were the only guest in the hotel. A beautiful island and wonderful staff.

wonderful host superb breakfast lovely views

very close to port and east to get around. great terrace for breakfast. our room was dark and small and we were surprised at the nightly rate. we had two rooms under our reservation and for the other room, could not connect to Wi-Fi during the entire stay. they upgraded us to a superior room to fix the situation for the smaller room and was receptive to requests. pp

no pool, the pictured hot tubs are for the suites. the beach is a taxi ride away. given that the rates are higher than the other hotels on the island I didn’t see anything that would warrant the higher price based on the facilities or amenities. felt more like a b&b than a boutique hotel.
