The pool was amazing and very welcoming after daily jaunts around the Island. Lying in the water and looking straight up at the Volcano was a great experience especially when it let out a rumble or two. This together with the pool side bar service made for great late afternoon relaxing. I certainly looked forward to my large Gin& Tonics!! Breakfast was a continental but you could request an omelette. The coffee was fantastic and the staff extremely friendly Our room was clean and tidy and thankfully air conditioned for those hot nights.

The pool towels were sometimes a little damp when you got them probably an indication of the high demand and not enough time to dry them properly.

Rooms extremely beautiful and clean, gorgeous view, gentle workers, silence, nature, amazing swimming pool a piece of heaven the whole experience thank you so much to all the workers there always so attentious and glad to help!

I don’t have any complains if you arrive from the Stromboli port better to ask for their golf car to pick you up long walk although it was a beautiful sightseeing along the way

The property is really great! The outside of the hotel is surrounded by beautiful plantations and from the swimming pool you can see the vulcano and the sea. The staff (Martina, Rosi and Giuseppe) have been great hosts and made our stay even greater. Location of the hotel is a bit far from the town, and located in a more quiet place which we loved. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Quality of breakfast/food in general can definitively improve.

Very friendly welcome with lots of useful information regarding restaurants and trips. The hotel is in a residential area and is very quiet. The bed/pillows were really comfortable and we slept extremely well. We had our dog with us and they accommodated our needs with regards to when they could clean. We had one dinner and one lunch there and each tine the food was simple but cooked well and very tasty. Breakfast had a good choice and the coffee was excellent. We were helped with all the requests we had during our one week stay - thank you!

It is a lovely place but to us there needs to be a really good, regular cleaning of the algae in the swimming pool as although the algae itself is completely harmless, it just doesn't look good. Regular maintenance of the grounds should be carried out as well because it would look wonderful. At the moment the grass, plants, shrubbery etc all look uncared for which is a real shame.

Very kind staff, good breakfast, nice view onto the volcano, nice pool, quiet, easy access to cute little beaches, pretty design, nice atmosphere.

Little room to store clothes or stuff and we didn’t always get enough toilet paper.

I LOVED this hotel. The whole site is so pretty, the rooms are clean, the pool is gigantic. The staff is really friendly. The environment and garden is so pretty. Honestly such a bargain. Would 100% recommend!

The drinks at the poolside are really expensive. The breakfast is okey! Not the best I had but definitely nice to have it included in the price.

An excellent hotel with polite, efficinet staff who was super helpful, hospitable and professional. The lady at the reception gave us tips for the island and upgrated the room we had recerved, with the one with the volcano view, which was super.The hotel had a big swimming pool with a pool bar. The hotel provided towels for the swimming pool. Breakfast was tasty, fresh and plentiful. The room was clean and big with all the amenities. I wish we could stay longer.

Very friendly Staff, nice atmosphere during breakfest with relaxing music. Great coffee and croisants. Great view, we could see the Vulcano from the bed, which was stunning. Free water in the minibar, which was refillt.

The pool was empty and is under construction. No information upfront and no discount and no excuse. Safe did not work and they could not manage to replace it during our stay (2 nights). Doors of the shower where hard to close.

Beautiful hotel ,our rooms were large with a balcony and fantastic view. Staff were friendly and great central location.

Everything was perfect but facilitate to make coffee in our room would be a nice touch

Gorgeous spot on Stromboli - like a mini Santorini. Beautiful pool, friendly cat, stunning views of the sea and erupting Stromboli volcano. Hosts bent over backwards to fix an issue with the room, and ended up giving us two rooms for the price of one. Lovely abundant breakfast.
