Everything. The staff was so amazing, especially Angela and the other front desk girl. My room had s great view with a bathtub, The bed was very comfortable. It had its own little patio also. The breakfast was really great w homemade pastries and as wonderful sea view. It had lots of beautiful garden and pots filled with blooming flowers. It was maybe the only pool in the town and it was spotlessly clean w lots of loungers. The rooms were on different levels, with no elevator, so if lots steps are a problem book a lower level room. They even provided a breakfast in a bag for those early departing for the ferry.

There is nothing I did not like.

This property exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The location and view is gorgeous! It is very close to the Stromboli black sand beach. I could spend a day here just watching the blue waves. All the staff are amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent as well. They take part in organising the Stromboli hiking tours as well. The guide was amazing and I thank him for his patience. Hiking Stromboli was very difficult for me and it would not have been possible without him. I stayed there only for a day but this experience will always stay with me. I wish every staff good luck and thank them for their exceptional services. This was the highlight of my three weeks trip to Italy :)

I liked absolutely everything! I wish I could stay there for another few days. After this, Taormina is falling short :)

We stayed for two nights after an evening hike up the volcano (which was well worth the effort, but somewhat hot as well as steep). The hotel staff assisted us with guide recommendations and organisational directions on our arrival. The layout of the hotel was "posada" style, with a quiet outdoor terrace sitting area, which was ideal for relaxing after our hike. The pool was lovely for calming our tired muscles on day 2, and we had it to ourselves for most of the afternoon.

We were satisfied with the hotel and its location.

Staff was very helpful, they helped us every question we had. Breakfast was good. There is a beach very closeby, and the beach was quite nice. You can rent umbrella and chairs each for 10 EURs. Rooms were clean, AC was working perfectly. The view from the room was amazing, also the view from the pool as well.

Shower was too tight, not enough space to move. They also brought our luggages to a different room by mistake but they solved the issue immediately of course.

The breakfast was great and we were given an amazing room overlooking the sea. I met the proprietor while looking at the historical photographs, which turned our to be her and her family. This was wonderful. This hotel has a lot of interesting history. The volcano was erupting and the hotel seemed very welcoming to Italy's civil defense police, which was cool. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance. We also had a nice surprise in that there was a huge water freighter (necessity on Stromboli) that came in near the hotel at night with all its lights on, yet the window shades stopped the lights and the sound-proof windows stopped the noise. This was well-planned. A+

Walking to the tiny mini-mart was not a fun adventure. Getting charged 10 euros for a 1 km golf cart ride from the port to the hotel seemed like something that we should not have had to pay for.

The property is beautifully situated on the ocean and is altogether charming with flowering trees, lovely balconies and views of the sea. There is a large pool and a small outdoor gym on the staff are extremely kind and helpful and accommodating. We stayed two nights and would easily have stayed longer. We thought it was one of the loveliest hotels and locations we had ever seen. We would recommend renting a scooter, however, to explore the island to travel to and from the ferry.

Lovely quiet location on the beach with simple but functional rooms. Terrace and sun loungers outside room very convenient for first floor/sea view rooms. Beautiful terraced gardens with amphitheatre and salt-water pool. Very peaceful and relaxing. Friendly staff.

Rooms fairly basic but clean and functional. No tea/coffee making facilities. Small shower.

The shuttle service from port was great and reasonably priced, even for an early morning departure. The staff was really friendly and helpful, even booked us a reservation at L’ Observatory restaurant. Pool facility was nice, bar service at pool for an extra fee was nice, Apertivi poolside in the afternoon. We stayed only one night and had such an early departure that we missed what looked to be a nice breakfast buffet, but instead the staff prepared a cold takeaway breakfast for us the night before. Our room was a sea view room with a very large private patio, worth the small upgrade in price.

Not much, breakfast could start earlier as 8 am is a bit late if you have to leave or go to an excursion. Some details in the room could be modernized.

Site on the sea, nice Appartment , Great Pool and beautiful Garden, extraordinary - the Amphitheater

Breakfast- missing fresh fruits (Apples, oranges, Kiwies lying there as Full fruit and seemed to be the Same Every day ). Only one type of bread. Italian coffee had to be ordered, the coffee presented in pots was not very edible. A lot of plastic-packed (butter, jam, honey). However, a lot of cake and sweet particles offered.
