Very friendly and helpful staff. Room excellent and bed comfortable. The patio overlooking the harbour was excellent and made for interesting viewing as the boats came in. We could also see the smoke from Stromboli from the patio. Good breakfast. AC and fan in room. Only needed the fan though.

Nothing really. Would have been nice to have a better internet connection in the room, but it worked well downstairs.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. Very willing to stay and chat to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Fantastic view from the room and a big terrace with cushions to while away the time. Comfortable room with a fridge and safe. Big wardrobe and chest of drawers. Excellent food! The breakfast was enormous. Huge plate of really yummy pastries and cakes every morning as well as juice and fruit and coffee. We had dinner at the hotel once and again the portions were enormous and the food was the best we had the whole stay. Highly recommend eating there.

The staff were too busy which meant service was slow. Don't go if you're in a rush!

The double bed, made of two mattresses. Quite uncomfortable but we didn't complain to the staff, so maybe they would have changed it.

Location is extraordinary and the view from our room as well. The best choice for the 2 nights as we needed. Good value for money if you consider the prices in Panarea. Hotel looks very nice and cozy overall.

Limited options for breakfast. No salty options. Tasty fresh pastries, but we aren’t used to eating sweet breakfast. Room is basic and bit outdated; one chair in the balcony was broken.

The location is unbeatable, right in the center of Panarea. It was clean and the staff helpful.

I honestly did not spend enough time there to discover any nuisances.

The location was wonderful. The hotel is central. Literally 1 minute walking from the port. Sparkling clean. The staff was very polite. Our room had a terrace with an amazing view. Honestly, we couldn’t ask for more.
