Hotel Querceto is simply a gem of a hotel. It is wonderfully situated in the mountains so it provides stunning views & magnificent peace & quiet. This, coupled with the excellent indoor & outdoor Spa facilities makes it a superb place to visit. Valentina & the rest of the staff did so much for us to make our stay such a pleasurable one. They really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable & happy. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a really superb experience.

We LOVED every single second of our stay. We went for my partners 30th birthday. We very very kindly got upgraded for free to a suite with lake view.. which honestly made our stay so incredible! Everything was perfect. Lovely staff, amazing food and just overall 10/10. We fell in love with the hotel and lake Garda itself and both agree we will remember this holiday forever

The hotel was amazing with beautiful views of the lake. The rooms were a good size, and I loved the shampoo conditioner and body lotion range. The outdoor areas were beautiful, hammocks in the garden, beds among the trees and a good pool with comfy beds and snack bar, great pizza. Staff were beyond helpful, so friendly and nothing was a problem. I looked at the indoor wellbeing facilities, they looked great but due to heatwave I didn't try them. I did use the outdoor hot tub and sauna, both fabulous . Two local restaurants nearby were lovely.

We didn't realise how far up the mountain the hotel is, it's 1km as crow flies but v steep and long winding road, not really walkable. Hotel runs a complementary shuttle bus 3 times a day which we used and appreciated, we got a taxi too (no uber, local numbers on a board, excellent service). It was slightly isolated but this was really our fault for not checking before booking. We still loved it though as the hotel is fantastic and so are the staff. A couple more hangers for clothes would be great.

I stayed here for my birthday and it was absolutely perfect. I purchased a birthday package, and the cake they provided was the best cake I'd ever eaten (pistachio with berries and cream). The staff, the food and even the games/pool table in the evening; we had so much fun. We booked the lake view which overlooked the stunning garden and it did not disappoint. The weather was not the best but wrapped up in the robe provided with a glass of prosecco it was utter bliss. I booked a 30 minute massage with Roberta which was worth every penny. I felt super pampered the whole stay.

Beautiful views . Very nice staff who could not be more helpful. Spotless clean and daily room clean . Daily complementary shuttle into the local village . Nice breakfast available . Nice trail walk down to the village . We had a modern room with nice shower . Indoor and outdoor spa available daily . Dressing gowns available from the hotel daily .

Would be nice to have more comfortable outside seating on low chairs . Possibly a later shuttle available back to the hotel .

Only downside was the power lines running across the outdoor area which you could hear buzzing. Would have been insanely tranquil without them

Such a beautiful hotel. We stayed for a week and loved every minute. We did a full road trip of the lake one day, stopping off at all the little villages and concluded that we were staying the best location of all! Weather wasn’t great for us, but we made full use of the lovely spa and spent a few hours in the glass dome reading and watching the ever changing mountain view. Evenings by the fire with a game of scrabble was so relaxing. Room was spotless and made up beautifully every day. Breakfast was AMAZING. Delicious and plentiful. We had a spa treatment which was also glorious. Staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. Really couldn’t fault the place.

The drive up the mountain was a little scary - but we managed in wet weather even as first time European drivers and it was totally worth it for the views. Once we had done it once it was fine so don’t be put off by other reviews!!
