Hotel Querceto is simply a gem of a hotel. It is wonderfully situated in the mountains so it provides stunning views & magnificent peace & quiet. This, coupled with the excellent indoor & outdoor Spa facilities makes it a superb place to visit. Valentina & the rest of the staff did so much for us to make our stay such a pleasurable one. They really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable & happy. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a really superb experience.

We LOVED every single second of our stay. We went for my partners 30th birthday. We very very kindly got upgraded for free to a suite with lake view.. which honestly made our stay so incredible! Everything was perfect. Lovely staff, amazing food and just overall 10/10. We fell in love with the hotel and lake Garda itself and both agree we will remember this holiday forever

Beautiful views . Very nice staff who could not be more helpful. Spotless clean and daily room clean . Daily complementary shuttle into the local village . Nice breakfast available . Nice trail walk down to the village . We had a modern room with nice shower . Indoor and outdoor spa available daily . Dressing gowns available from the hotel daily .

Would be nice to have more comfortable outside seating on low chairs . Possibly a later shuttle available back to the hotel .

Such a beautiful hotel. We stayed for a week and loved every minute. We did a full road trip of the lake one day, stopping off at all the little villages and concluded that we were staying the best location of all! Weather wasn’t great for us, but we made full use of the lovely spa and spent a few hours in the glass dome reading and watching the ever changing mountain view. Evenings by the fire with a game of scrabble was so relaxing. Room was spotless and made up beautifully every day. Breakfast was AMAZING. Delicious and plentiful. We had a spa treatment which was also glorious. Staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. Really couldn’t fault the place.

The drive up the mountain was a little scary - but we managed in wet weather even as first time European drivers and it was totally worth it for the views. Once we had done it once it was fine so don’t be put off by other reviews!!

Unbelievable views from the hotel, truly breathtaking. Hotel is super clean and the beds are super comfy. Please note quite a narrow windy road up to the hotel but no problem if you have a car. Parking is charged additionally at 10 euros per day which is a little annoying given the location, should be included in the price. Outdoor spa is a special added touch overlooking the lake, we booked in each day to unwind from a busy day. Indoor spa also lovely however we didn’t use as much due to the lovely weather and wanting to make the most. Breakfast was okay if you have a sweet tooth. Plenty of meats and cheeses also not again extra charges if you wanted a omelette which was abit disappointing.

The location was amazing - the views over the lake were stunning. The staff could not have been more friendly. The facilities were an added bonus - especially the outside jacuzzi.

The views were exceptional. The hotel was peaceful. Staff were very friendly they couldn’t do more than enough for us.

Our week long stay at Hotel Querceto was fantastic. The location is amazing. Away from the town, offering stunning views of Lake Garda and the mountains, and sitting at the centre of the hamlet of Campiano. There is a free shuttle bus each day down to Malcesine at 10:00, and back at 17:30, or you can get a taxi (25euros). There is also the “funivia”/cable car which has a stop about 20 minutes walk from the hotel; though be warned, the road is steep. The hotel facilities were excellent, as was the care, attention and friendliness of all the staff. Breakfasts were sumptuous and we enjoyed making our own fresh juices from the fruit and veg provided. Evening meals too are very good, but if you do fancy a change and something more ‘rustica e autentica’ there is a wonderful Trattoria very close serving local rabbit and homemade pasta. The spa facilities are excellent. You can book private sessions at either the indoor or outdoor spa for up to an hour each day, so you can really pamper yourself. The indoor spa is well-equipped with steam room, 2 x saunas, big whirlpool etc, and the outdoor one has sauna and whirlpool - both with the most incredible views. Emmi - the masseur - is a miracle worker. Her intuitive touch and gentle presence made for wonderful massages. I had a lymphatic drainage one which has been really helpful and she fixed my partner’s shoulder tension, he said he hadn’t felt so comfortable in months; highly recommended! All in all a magical stay in a magical location - grazie mille!

There was absolutely nothing not to like! The experience was absolutely excellent. Just to note that the wifi was very slow in the evenings.
