Location was great. We had a car so we needed parking. We were able to park it onsite for a fee of 15 euro per day. Staff were very accommodating with the request of us needing to check in early and they did what they could for us to have it ready so we could maximise our one day in Palermo. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious & shower worked well. Area was quiet. It only took us 5-7 min to walk to the quatro canti…. Breakfast was amazing if you like a typical Italian style. Pastries and brioche straight out of the oven. Ham cheese and breads. Would definitely stay again

I was surprised by the wonderful breakfast. Usually in Italy it is not so easy to find a good place, at an affordable price and still get a big breakfast. Otherwise, almost everything was fine.

There was one significant drawback specifically in my room. There was a wall opposite the window and air conditioning equipment around the room on the balcony. At night in the summer, with the balcony door open, it began to generate heat and it became as hot as hell. I probably wouldn’t have encountered such a problem if I had closed the balcony door and turned on the air conditioner, but it was located directly opposite the bed and I didn’t take the risk, since the direct flow of cold air is hazardous to health. So be careful. But in general it's a great place.

Well located in terms of accessibility to attractions, however the location itself was a bit noisy. I travel often so expectations were not over the top and they were met. My only complaint would be that a matrimonial bed should not be two single beds put together. As a couple this was not comfortable as the middle of the bed was two separate mattresses. Being Palermo centre the value was sufficient for what we got. Also if you expect anything other than a coffee and a cornetto for breakfast you will be disappointed.

Pretty large and freshly renovated bedrooms with small fridge and kettle. The hotel is very clean and modern. Very efficient management and cleaning team. You can park in the street and it is free. However they can eventually offer one slot in their garage ( 10 €/night). The included breakfast is served in a cafe at the corner of the street, lots of pastries. Near via Cavour: you can visit the city by foot and leave your car near the hotel.

You get only one day free for Wifi. And unfortunately the mobile network in this area was sometimes not 4G in the afternoon.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with easy access to the city center. Martina gave us a warm and friendly welcome, which made us feel right at home. A big thank to the staff at the Leon restaurant – they were incredibly helpful and attentive. Overall, a great experience and we're very happy with our stay!

The property was great. An easy walk to a lot of Palermo’s attractions. Shared taxi from the airport dropped us a short walk from the property. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. As the property is off the main street it was quite quiet.

The breakfast venue is conveniently close, but really not great, mainly because of the service - off hand bordering on rude. A lot of cake. On day one - yogurt was on offer but ‘finished’ by 9.15 when we arrived. Day two, arrived about 8.15 - no fruit, no yogurt and juice was ‘finished’. All made worse by the lack friendliness we’ve experienced everywhere else. A great shame (we’d tried the place for dinner on the first night - that’s not advisable either - undrinkable table wine for which we were charged twice).

We had a room to the courtyard. It was very clean and quiet. The location is perfectly close to the city center. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in a cafe round the corner (great variety of pastries, friendly staff).

With the good location comes one drawback: try to find a parking lot… Well, the hotel offers the 2-3 spaces on their premises and recommends a close-by garage which we did not use because we were lucky enough to find a parking lot :-)

Great location, really friendly and helpful staff. They allowed us to check in early as soon as the room was ready and organised a taxi to the airport for us. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well equipped with experience shower.

The breakfast was included however the cafe was limited on selection, plates and cutlery as though it had a rush before we arrived. But staff was friendly. Also mentions a sauna which was not there...

Unbelievable high standard for the price in a very practical part of Palermo in easy walking distance to central parts. Very good buffet breakfast included. Note that the week-end price is much higher

Great location, very spacious room and bathroom, daily cleaning and the balcony was great. What I could recommend is to add some balcony furniture to even more enhance the experience. Breakfast was served at the restaurant across the street.
